“hatte gedacht, wenn ich bei einem Anbieter aus Bremen bestelle, dass das Paket dann auch bei mir nach maximal einer Woche ankommt. Allerdings hat es rund nen Monat gedauert weil der Anbeter es selber auch erst noch bestellen musste. Das Produkt ist an sich gut!”

“I never recived the item apparently dhl decided to send it back for some reason I was never told why but it was like pulling teeth getting anywhere the tracking number I got from heritage did not work I'm very disappointed with the service”

“Can’t tell you if the product works as expected but it is incorrectly showing as compatible with my vehicle (VW T4 - 1995) After reaching out to customer service to arrange returns on this and a few other bits they have been extremely unhelpful. Pushing to fill out forms and refusing to cover the cost of returns when I would have never brought the product if it wasn’t right. Complete time wasters and once I have my refund I’ll be avoiding.”

“Advertised as a windshield trim I added it to my basket and paid at the end of the process. Turns out it is priced per mtr but you only know that if you don't add yo basket and clock on the image. So I have a mtr of windscreen trim. HP offered 5% off my next order so would need to spend close to £100 to feel the benefit. The advert mis represents the product as the door trim I bought was advertised in the same way but not priced per mtr. Good products, poor customer service.”
