“Leider kann ich nichts Positives sagen. Ich hatte am 7.8.25 Ersatzteile bestellt ,trotz Nachfrage und Nachforschung ist bis Heute den 15.8.35 noch nicht angekommen.liebe Grüße Iovino Wenn die Teile bis Morgen nicht kommen werde ich die Teile nochmal anderweitig bestellen.”

“Pretty disappointed after the amount of business I have given Heritage for you to want to charge me $30 for sending me 2 rubber washers .. not good. Dont mind paying for things but noone likes feeling ripped off.”

“I had a horrible experience. The staff was not understanding my emails. I waited far too long for my order. Then UPS sent me different messages about the day and time of my delivery. I could not change anything about the delivery. I could not pick up my package at a UPS store. I had to take time off of work to be home when it was to be delivered. They kept changing the day and time of delivery. I almost lost my job.”

“Paid $300 for shipping, then the shipping company whacked me $470 for duty fee. Paid around $4500 for a system I could have gotten for $3900. If that duty fee would have been discloded up front, i would not have purchased this product.”

“Blinkerrelais bis heute nicht bekommen obwohl 2-3 Tage Lieferzeit zugesagt war. Erst auf Rückfrage wurde mir mittgeteilt, dass das Relais zur Zeit nicht lieferbar ist und nachgeliefert wird.”
