Hi there I am sorry for your experience. I can see that the courier lost one part from your order and we raised an investigation with them and sent you a replacement. As the investigation was ongoing over the xmas period and your last email was on 28th December when we were shut for the xmas period, I am sorry that we could only reply on 2nd January when we re-opened.

I wanted to completely renew an engine and ordered some spare parts from your company, but then I discovered several things, including the delivery time and an error in the spare parts I ordered, so I will not order again from Heritage.

Hi Sayed I am sorry for your experience. I am sorry but there is nothing we can do to influence the delivery time to get orders from the UK to Bahrain. We also followed up on the issue with customs for you and the issue arose because the courier duplicated another invoice to your order, not the correct one. We apologise for their failure in this instance.

I recently placed an order and I ordered the wrong part. After contacting the customer service I was told to ask for a refund and just order the part, which I did and paid by PayPal. As I did not receive a confirmation email I contacted the customer centre to be informed that I had not made the order, I had received my email from PayPal stating they had taken payment. After lots of messages I tried to contact by phone only to be told to contact by email only. Not noticing that the phone call cost £0.75. As I live close by I went to your centre in Shoreham only to be informed rudely by a staff member I could only get information by email. I was about to order a new part from Just Kampers when I was finally told that they had found my payment and I could collect my part. I have been buying parts for my van from you since 2007 and you used to have a very good customer service, advice and service, you have lost this and any future purchase from me. I am rebuilding my van and engine and expecting to spend more than £2000 on parts but I will be looking elsewhere.

Hi David I apologize for your experience, I can see that there has been some confusion but our online CS team were quick to reply and try to assist you and located the order details for you. Orders placed through the eBay store are dealt with differently from those placed on our website so I can see how the confusion arose. I do sincerely apologize for any staff member being rude to you, that is inexcusable. We will address this issue internally.

Buenos días. Pues la verdad que bastante mal. Todavía no recibí la mercancía. Supuestamente hubo un problema con la empresa de transporte DHL. Pero llevan dándonos largas desde mucho tiempo y vosotros como empresa tampoco dais muchas soluciones. Esperemos que esto se arregle en los próximos días porque si no tendremos que poner una denuncia. Espero que alguien se ponga en contacto conmigo para arreglar esto de la mejor manera. Ordered 2 panels,24 hr delivery......never showed up. Challenged for an answer.....response was lost in transit....no way.. not processed more like. Resent but omitted to tell me one panel was out of stock, chased yet again and asked for refund and re ordered thru Just Kampers who were excellent and backed up by emails and tracking details all the way.......sort yourselves out Hertitage....poor show

Item delivered 2 days to late at argos , delivery company has not tried to get here (cctv to prove it) when i got the item from agos the pacel was bady damaged the fuelpump dented (still working ??) i did hope for a beter service than this . KLAUS SPRINGER

Didn't receive as miss advertised 2wks back order ended up due feb 2024 so canceled. Missed out on BF20% discount on my replacement perchase of a scat c25, gear & bolts instead.

Die Qualität kann ich nicht beurteilen da der Artikel nach wie vor nicht angekommen ist. Nach Ablauf der 10-wöchigen Lieferzeit hat mir der Kundenservice auf meine Nachfrage hin mitgeteilt das der Artikel sich verspätet. Nach weiteren 4 Wochen habe ich erneut nachgefragt, der Artikel sollte dann im Zulauf sein. Nach einer weiteren Woche wurde mir ein Paket geliefert. Leider nicht die bestellte Ware. Das falsche Paket wurde nun abgeholt und angeblich meine bestellten Artikel auf den Weg gebracht. Bis heute ist leider keine Lieferung erfolgt Trotz mehrfacher Nachfrage wurde mir keine Trackingnummer bereitgestellt. Ich rate dringend von der Bestellung bei diesem Shop ab.

Ordered wrong part, which was my fault, but trying to get through to them is a nightmare. They wont answer their phones and only accept emails. Emailed them and no response. Tried a few times and nothing. So brought the part from another supplier whom answered there phone calls. For that reason he service is rubbish.

Item I purchased as advartised in the website was not the item I received. It was a cheap OEM part from JP Morgan. I will not be shopping from Heritage Parts Centre again.

Purtroppo non è andata bene. Nella descrizione sembrava parlare del logo frontale della Polo anno 1991-1995, ma era quello posteriore...inutile per me
