Well the part I bought was the wrong one and after many emails one of your staff finally rang me to discuss, never mentioned returning the product (him not me). I found the whole process frustrating as you do t have a direct line to call which would have made the process a 100 times faster, rather than email tag over a couple of days!!! Overall I probably wouldn’t recommend your service to any one due to the complexity of ordering and then trying to deal with the wrong part sent!!!

The set was not delivered completely. I wrote many emails and got answers but without a solution of the problem. No money back, no delivery of the missing parts. It’s about a Front & Rear Mudflap complete set for my VW T3 Syncro

Leider hat das nicht gut funktioniert. Die Ware war nach der angegebene Zeit nicht da. Da ich diese aber dringend brauchte und ein aktueller Liefertermin angegeben werden konnte, habe ich die Ölbestellung storniert. Da ich sowieso bestellt habe, habe ich ein Ölkännchen mitbestellt, was kurz nach der Bestellung auch ankam. Nach der Stornierung des Öls wurden mir die vollen Versandkosten berechnet. Das war ein sehr teures Ölkännchen, das ich nie einzeln bestellt hätte.

Ordered a part from the online shop witch was indicated as "In Stock" and available ended up waiting for the part over a month, very annoying if like my case i needed the part ASAP

Mir wurde ein defektes Teil geliefert. Die Erstattung hat knapp 2 Wochen gedauert. Kann den Shop nicht empfehlen

Shipment no. #WEBXU160423000050558. No sign of my door seals being delivered as yet. Was talking to Geraldine at Heritahe and she did seem to get things sorted at DHL…but no delivery as yet Joseph Rice Ireland

Did not recieve the part. You shipped it somewhere other than the shipping address given. Took several days to get a response from your email only contact system. I went to the credit card company and filed a disputed charge claim. I don't know if that had anything to do with you finally replying. I did get a refund, however it was for less than the original charge (exchange rate I am assuming) but I am tired of dealing with you so I wont challange it. Will not be dealing with you in the future even if you are the only place on earth that has the part, as was the case with the A piller section with the nut plate

We still have not received the part!! We started a dispute and have not heard back as of yet. Please look into this immediately. I would greatly appreciate it. We placed TWO orders. We have not received either one.

The parts went missing and it took nearly 3 weeks to sort it out after multiple emails back and fourth. You cannot contact anyone by phone and is Very disappointing service.

Impossible to actually talk to a person I was sent the wrong part and can’t even send it back because I’m not sure how to I wouldn’t use it again I prefer talking directly to a person
