“I also orded some wheel nuts at the same time as the roofrack. Thhe roof rack arrived, but not all my wheel nuts. I have emailed you guys. but no one has got back to me. I needed x20 wheel nuts but the box was damaged and there was only x17 wheel nuts.”

“Scheinwerferglas für Porsche 993 defekt geliefert. Die innere orignale Porscheverpackung wies deutliche Kompressionsspuren, die Umverpackung nicht. Das lässt den Schluss zu, dass das Teil vermutlich schon defekt abgeschickt wurde. Ersatz ist nicht mehr lieferbar, die Erstattung zieht sich. Die Reparatur des Wagens verzögerte sich um zwei Wochen. Daher kann Heritage Parts nicht empfehlen. Sorry”

“Never again, I purchased a part and then realised needed another, on the same day. I emailed customer service and was told they would refund me the extra charge for the 2 different deliveries. After I purchased I was then emailed again saying sorry they would not allow it! Absolute rubbish to be honest. The fact that they promised me something just so I can make an order.”

Hi there Sorry to hear of your dissatisfaction here. We do cover this point in our T&Cs, we cannot usually add to orders once placed. I have reviewed the email traffic on this matter and our team did not promise to do this for you, they mentioned that it was not possible due to the request being past the cut off time for amendment. I am sorry for your experience but we cannot add to orders once placed.

“Preis - Leistung war i.O. Die Lieferzeit war eine Katastrope. Ich habe noch nie, seit Beginn des Onlinehandels, so lange auf eine Bestellung gewartet. Und das wohlgemerkt, ohne jedwede Information. Natürlich kommt bei einer Kaufabwicklung auf diese Art und Weise der Gedanke auf, an einen Fake-Shop geraten zu sein. Dann ist man als Käufer beunruhigt und fängt an, Bewertungen zu studieren. Viele Bewertungen sagen genau das gleiche aus. Fazit: Ihr habt coole Ware zu überwiegend korrekten Preisen. Die Liegerzeit war lang. Hauptproblem ist aber die nicht stattfindende Kommunikation. Dadurch habt ihr mich abgeschreckt und bin sehr wahrscheinlich nicht der einzige. Mit freundlichen Grüssen”
