Cant really review these as missing from delivery, unfortunately due to not requiring straight away I didn't realise till quite a time after delivery they were missing, so had to give 1 star unfortunately

Pesima experiencia, dividieron mi envio cuando pedi que lo unificaran, luego no lo entregaron, no se por cual razon porque recibi muchas otras compras, ni el primero ni el segundo, no me notificaron que falló. Finalmente me dijeron que me iban a reembolsar mi dinero, lo cual aun no han hecho. Terrible experiencia

Refused to cancel the order 5mins after placing it and gave some ridiculous process for return instead of just sending a returns label as requested

Ciao Mi dispiace molto che non abbia ricevuto il suo ordine. Vedo che i miei colleghi hanno avviato un'indagine con il partner di consegna locale e la tengono informata in merito. Se i corrieri hanno perso il suo ordine, provvederemo a sostituirlo o a rimborsarlo.

Very upsetting! Listing was inaccurate on their website and after shipping and import tax the rack didn’t fit on my 61 single cab. Once they answered my email they admitted it was listed wrong and have since changed it. Never again. I’m out over 1k.

Hice un pedido con 5 piezas. Dos de ellas las he recibido perfectamente, en dos envios distintos. La tercera pieza, debia haber llegado supuestamente en el primer envio, pero no estaba dentro del paquete. Reclamé varias veces y me aseguraron que la enviaron, aunque el embalaje del paquete estaba perfectamente, sin ningún golpe. Total que no me han abonado la pieza, que tenía un valor de 15 eur aprox. Y en cuanto a las dos ultimas piezas, me informaron que no podian tramitarla y anularon el envio y me devolvieron el importe. Total, que 5 piezas, y solo he recibido 2.
