Incorrect part sent ,almost impossible to return , lost over £50 cash , and the job ,the customer took it away .

Hi Darren, I have looked into this and I am sorry to see that you ordered the wrong part. The part is listed as fitting a T5, not a T4. You then contacted us after you received the order to see if the part you ordered would fit a T4. We have replied to your emails but not had a reply back. Ordered wrong part, which was my fault, but trying to get through to them is a nightmare. They wont answer their phones and only accept emails. Emailed them and no response. Tried a few times and nothing. So brought the part from another supplier whom answered there phone calls. For that reason he service is rubbish.

Didn't receive as miss advertised 2wks back order ended up due feb 2024 so canceled. Missed out on BF20% discount on my replacement perchase of a scat c25, gear & bolts instead.

The parts totalled $40 and weighed less than 8 ounces and could fit in a very small box. THE SHIPPING WAS $48 for standard shipping. EXTREME RIPOFF. If you order something be sure to check the shipping cost before clicking purchase. Will never order from them again.

Hi there I am sorry to hear this, we cannot see any messages to our help desk about this. Do reach out to us via help@heritagepartscentre.com but all orders from the UK to the USA have a carriage cost that we cannot influence. You are given the option before confirming the order of accepting delivery costs and could have chosen not to, I am sorry but we cannot change the cost of trans-Atlantic supply chains.

Hi Dave Sorry to hear this, I have looked into this and one of my colleagues replied on 5th Feb@13:54 with fitting advice, perhaps your email server thought it was spam? The next communication I can see is your returns request.

ordinata e pagata piu di un mese fa,ancora non l'ho ricevuta in consegna nonostante mi fosse stata garantita la consegna in 2/3 settimane.Non posso finire di montare le minigonne sull'auto in quanto ora l'oggetto sul sito risulta indisponibile.Pero quando ho effettuato l'acquisto era ancora disponibile

Hi Anil I can see that my colleague Max has been in contact with you about this. The part was a genuine part, the supplier no longer stamps their logo on to the pump.
