unfortunately the part I ordered ( side bolster including fabric golf gti ) was not exactly the same as the original so I could not use it ; I had to order somewhere else the right fabric

Part still hasn't arrived and i had free shipping but 2 pieces were sent costing me 40 euros postage

Product was marked as ”3 available from storage” but instead it was out of stock. Did not recieve any info about this unless I would have asked after weeks waiting. Not even apologie from customer service. When shipped after all now notification nor tracking was provided.

Hi IIkka I am sorry, you placed your order on 29th December when the company was closed for the xmas holiday. We did not re-open until 2nd January and confirmed to your message on 5th January that the item was out of stock when you placed your order. I am sorry that you did not receive tracking information, this is because small value orders on a standard delivery service are not tracked services.

Sigo esperando el aforador de combustible o al menos saber dónde está... Cuando lo compre estaba en stock y acto seguido me enviaron un mail comentándome que no había stock y tardaría de 5 a 6 semanas en llegar aun estoy esperando noticias de esa pieza después de haberla pagado....

The system of only ordering online I find extremely problematic, it was better and much quicker with a call to be honest I will only use heritage again if I am desperate and can not find the parts elsewhere Also some parts out of stock I am still waiting on weeks later really really poor service

I can see that our team replied to all your emails regarding this issue but could have done so in a more timely manner, I am sorry that they could not reply faster. Not very happy, I made an order in error, I emailed to let you know but two days later it was sent. I paid for next day tracked & it arrived three days later. If you checked your emails there wouldn’t have been any need for you to send in the first place, no refund for postage either. I will not be coming back.

Hi there I am sorry for your experience. You placed your order on 28th December and contact us on 29th December when we were shut for the festive period. Our website and email acknowledgment stated this, as did one of our team when they replied to you on our return to the office on 2nd January and offered you a free return for your mis-ordered product.

Badly let down courier. Didn't receive parts twice!!!!!!. Eventually got a refund. Had to buy elsewhere whilst waiting

Hi Tim, we are sorry that the couriers let you down, we did raise a replacement order and try to get that to you before refunding; again we are sorry that DPD got this wrong for you.

Both the parts I ordered to short 1 was only 2ft long no where near the right length for a rear bumper insert have returned items for refund no contact made as yet may have to go credit card company to get sorted

Hi Philip Sorry to hear this, I can see that one of my colleagues has replied to your request to return the product on the 2nd January, we have not had a reply. However, as the website item description states, you need two of these items per bumper and you only ordered one for front and one for rear when you needed two for each bumper.

Rubbish; Two small coolant pipes have still not arrived, and I urgently need them.

Hi Richard, sorry to hear your frustration. The coolant pipes were out of stock and due to be sent separately when back in stock, as your order dispatch confirmation email would have outlined. They are due back in stock by 31st January, if you wish to cancel them for refund contact us via help@heritagepartscentre.com and we will get this dealt with for you.

Have been buying parts with Heritage in the past. However, in my recent purchase I did not receive the correct item based on website photo & description. I have to return the items which is a hassle.

Hi Julius I can see that one of my colleagues has dealt with this for you, the website description was accurate as it states the part was Bosch but the Mexican version not German version which hasn't been available for some time. Sorry fort your experience with this order.

Hi there I am sorry for your experience. I can see that the courier lost one part from your order and we raised an investigation with them and sent you a replacement. As the investigation was ongoing over the xmas period and your last email was on 28th December when we were shut for the xmas period, I am sorry that we could only reply on 2nd January when we re-opened.
