After 27 days , I have yet to receive any goods , not for lack of trying to find out by ringing the courier direct in Germany only to be told to make contact with the sender to reclaim the parcel as it was damaged in transit. All I want is my goods or a refund. But the process is so life draining I'm at the point of slitting my wrist. There's no telephone number for me to call , so everything is done through an email system which is so time consuming and inconvenient. I just want my stuff so I can finish my Van

Unfortunately, I can not rate anything, as I've yet to receive anything , upon enquiries was informed that it's still in the NETHERLANDS being checked for damages. I expected at least 7-10 days for delivery , but this is beyond a joke Its been 21days and as result , the Panel Shop dealing with my project has now put my project on hold until the windows arrive before they can continue. No communication from DPD , and really disapointed as this was my first experience with Heritage parts , had I known this would be the level of service i would have just purchased it locally at an extorted price , but at least Id have had my parts.

The parcel didn’t arrive , so useless. Worse still I could only contact heritage and also dpd,by tick box email when a simple phone call could have resolved the problem. Luckily it was only20pounds ish that I’ve lost. I just look at it as a lesson , and will never use heritage again , and any one else who uses dpd. I really dislike faceless corporate company’s who find it ok to make it difficult to contact them

FOR THE SECOND TIME, WE HAVE NOT RECEIVED OUR PAID FOR PRODUCTS AND DEMAND OUR MONEY BACK POST HASTE!!!!! THAT'S OUR FEEDBACK! CAN'T SAY WE WOULD RECOMMEND YOU TO ANYONE! WORTH DOING A BLOG!

Well the part I bought was the wrong one and after many emails one of your staff finally rang me to discuss, never mentioned returning the product (him not me). I found the whole process frustrating as you do t have a direct line to call which would have made the process a 100 times faster, rather than email tag over a couple of days!!! Overall I probably wouldn’t recommend your service to any one due to the complexity of ordering and then trying to deal with the wrong part sent!!!

The set was not delivered completely. I wrote many emails and got answers but without a solution of the problem. No money back, no delivery of the missing parts. It’s about a Front & Rear Mudflap complete set for my VW T3 Syncro

Leider hat das nicht gut funktioniert. Die Ware war nach der angegebene Zeit nicht da. Da ich diese aber dringend brauchte und ein aktueller Liefertermin angegeben werden konnte, habe ich die Ölbestellung storniert. Da ich sowieso bestellt habe, habe ich ein Ölkännchen mitbestellt, was kurz nach der Bestellung auch ankam. Nach der Stornierung des Öls wurden mir die vollen Versandkosten berechnet. Das war ein sehr teures Ölkännchen, das ich nie einzeln bestellt hätte.

Ordered a part from the online shop witch was indicated as "In Stock" and available ended up waiting for the part over a month, very annoying if like my case i needed the part ASAP

Mir wurde ein defektes Teil geliefert. Die Erstattung hat knapp 2 Wochen gedauert. Kann den Shop nicht empfehlen
