Poor communication and service. Told me that I wouldn’t be charged any extra if my order was below $1000 however when it was on the way I got hit with close to $500 in extra fees for a $900 order. They charged me GST and I was charged extra GST at the border which they said they would reimburse me but I am still waiting for that and fear I won’t see it. I would advise taking your business somewhere else as the service has been extremely poor.

I have dealt with this company in the past, I tried to contact today to purchase some engine parts, and there are no telephone contact numbers, it's all on line, we'll, because of that, they have lost my trade, and any future business, how narrow minded are companies today that they forget the core of customer service.

I ordered a new distributer due $70 and paid $45 delivery, it was not clear on the website that it was coming from the UK to USA. The delivery charges were far too much for the weight of the item. I paid half the amount for a product that weight over 10kg heavier, and this took less time too arrive than the heritage one did. I won't be ordering from them again

Guten Tag es tut mir leid, dies zu hören. Für alle Teile auf unserer Website, die nicht auf Lager sind, wird auf der Produktseite ein voraussichtliches Datum oder ein Zeitrahmen für die Wiederverfügbarkeit angegeben. Die einzige Ausnahme ist, wenn Teile bei unseren Lieferanten im Rückstand sind. Ich werde Ihre Anmerkungen an unser Einkaufsteam und das Website-Team weiterleiten.

I received the most awful cheap I'll fitting parts (Forst headlamp surrounds) They did not fit and were clearly mass produced thin tin at £30 each I want a full refund please

They offer "Saturday delivery" on their website, at a cost of £18.95, but have no note on the delivery page saying that this is ONLY for orders on Friday received before 4pm, otherwise your order will be sent out the NEXT WORKING DAY. I had had wanted it delivered on TUESDAY, I could have paid only £9 for Next Day Delivery, or £14.94 for Next Day Delivery before 12. Heritage no longer has ANY TELEPHONE CONTACT, with contact only via emai or webform with up to 24 hours delay. Formerly a great company to deal with, but no longer.

Hi there Sorry for your experience, but as we said in our communications with you, all express orders have a cut off time. Orders placed after 4pm on a Friday cannot be fulfilled on a Saturday and this information in on our website.

Look like they will be ok but waiting on other parts which are delayed to get work done so cannot comment as to whether they are any good yet!

Cannot leave a review as of 2nd September as no skylight seals received even though ordered on 12th August. No notification received re delay, only when I followed up did they inform me there was a delay. Not very good customer service

Once again ,I've already sent a review. Poor quality of product.You should not supply a part that is not fit for purpose. You should not supply a part that is dangerous if fitted to a motor vehicle.

Several times I've purchased panels everyone has been damaged same for this last item the lower cross panel cant blame the couriers well packed i will not use it its pathetic like most other companies only answer by email or go online

I can see that you asked the status of your order on 11th August and we notified you of one part that was out of stock when you placed your order and gave a timeframe for re-stock. I am glad to say the part is in our warehouse and your order will be completed within the next 2-3 working days.

Really poor quality part and basically unusable - the end of the coil is too fat to fit the kinglead so pretty much useless - £50 wasted with this company and despite what the website says, no useful way to contact them to sort it out.
