Ik zie dat onze klantenservice u de gegevens heeft gegeven van de levering die DHL voor u vasthoudt. Ze hebben geprobeerd het pakket af te leveren, maar dit is niet gelukt. Daarom heeft ons team u de gegevens gegeven waarmee u contact met hen kunt opnemen voor een nieuwe levering.

I ordered drive shafts for £240 and spark plugs. Only the spark plugs arrived. They say they sent them in the tiny box that arrived. I've been left out of pocket by heritage parts. I've spent thousands with them since as far back as they were BBT. After this blunder I will never use them again.

Hi Ernst, I am sorry to hear this. I can see that our Customer Service team helped you and sourced a replacement. As our team mentioned, courier tracking records stated that all had been delivered okay so we were unaware of any issue until you contacted us. Glad to see we got it sorted out for you.

Falsely advertised a part as in stock, had to source it elsewhere as needed the part in question on the day. Part didn't even turn up for 3 days and when requesting a refund I was given the run around

Hi Mark, sorry to hear this. I can assure you we do not falsely advertise, but sometimes when stock levels are low (when only one or two items are left in stock) sometimes another customer will beat you to the available stock before the website updates.

Missing over a grand in parts after spending loads over the last couple of months and can’t get anyone to speak to me. When things go well it’s fine but now there has been a problem I’m left on my own with not contact. The good thing is I paid with a credit card so I will be contacting them about a charge back. All it would take is a phone call to let me know what’s going on. I will be placing orders with other companies that I can get on the phone for questions and problems

Afternoon Timothy, I'm not sure what the problem was. All looks ok on the tracking app. But if you submit a ticket to us via the contact us link on our website. Explain what the problem is & request that we call you and I'll ensure that someone does phone you.

Appalling customer service. Ordered a this part, tried to amend the order through the original purchase order, no facility to amend or cancel an order once placed on ther site. Tried calling all the contact numbers to find the only way to contact this company is via a customer service email. Emailed them immediately after ordering the part to amend my order, no reply to email for around 2 days and original part had already been sent. Now part still hasn't even arrived and am being told it was delivered according thier system and to check with neighbours. Poor service.

My order never arrived so I cannot say anything about the quality of the product. As my first purchase from Heritage I was VERY DISAPPOINTED at the service and communication or lack of it!!! I will not be ordering from them again EVER !!!!!!!!!!!!

Nothing wrong with the kit. When everything goes right with VW Heritage, it's fine, but if there's a problem, then good luck trying to get a response, they're an absolute shower, appalling customer service, and absolutely no way of actually speaking to anyone. There are better places/options to shop, AVOID

Order my parts 7.4 and been asking for my parts from Heritage parts centre team. 8.5 got mail that has been returned to us by the courier. Dont know that has happend but still waiting for parts

Hi Joaquim, I can see that our customer service team have been in contact with you and having read through these emails I can see it was established that you simply ordered the wrong part. It is also usual practice for a business to request the return of an incorrectly ordered product before they send replacements, I understand this is frustrating but it is usual. I am sorry for your dissatisfaction.

Communication is diabolical. Over 48 hours to respond to a message and the second message on a different topic, about an incorrect listing, was answered in about the same time. This really is not good enough for business, if you cannot have a telephone line where a customer can actually call and talk with someone. Poor customer service/ Customers not valued.
