Even though I checked fitment prior to ordering, the tail lights I received were wrong. It took multiple emails to have anyone write me back, once they did I was just given a return number. My other questions about what the correct tail lights were, were ignored. I can’t find anywhere to ship these lights back for under $60-$70 when I paid a little over $100 for them to begin with.

Incorrect part numbers put on the box. Part number on the box matched what was online however the part inside the box was completely incorrect. The customer service to rectify this was sub par. The process took far too long to rectify.

Hi Jacob, I am sorry for the mislabeled part delivery. I can see that the CS team did reply as quickly as they can but they also had to investigate the issue with our warehouse team which led to a time lag.

Hi there, sorry to hear this. I have looked into your order and can see that our team emailed you on receipt of the order detailing that the item you ordered was a special order item that we order on demand from the suppliers and they informed you as to the lead time. I am sorry that these items are only available on this basis and the lead time is 6 weeks, but the order was fulfilled within 7 weeks of placing, a week longer than the product page stated. Do please accept our apologies for this order taking longer than it should.

You will see from my reviews that there is no way in Haties I would ever shop with you again. As my first experence shopping with you it was a very disapponting and costly event. I tried to deal with you in sending these parts back and getting the ones I ordered, but you were not interested in making this right. I sent you the information on the make,model,year and VIN number. And you are telling me you saw this and still sent me the wrong parts pourly packaged. If that was you and I was selling you a product how would you react? And the last item was never sent.

I have reviewed our email traffic and it looks as though you have been confused between parts diagrams and information from a competitor supplier; our team have explained this issue and the others you raised to try and assist you. ordered parts and paid up front with paypal order not received , phoned and e- mailed only to be told by automated message shop was closed for business i am still awaiting a refund after months of trying to communicate, i eventually bought my parts from AMAZON at the same price and delivered in 2 DAYS.

Items have not arrived, 10 days late today. Dhl says they gave to usps. Find a new shipper please.

zero because I didn't receive a bag of 25 that I ordered. I wrote then an email saying that one bag was missing. No one answered me or contacted me. I still waiting for the bag.

I ordered the belt I wanted online pictures show a solid belt when I went to collect belt and shins it was a conventional v belt belt. I said to the man on the parts department this is incorrect he said you will have to return it for a refund while I was standing there then reorder the belt I wanted so I did I went the following day to collect and he gave me the same belt I had to return and pay for again I spoke to one of the sales team who checked the belt to see if it would fit my vehicle and he confirmed it was correct and just the new style belt I took to fit and did not fit my vehicle I was so upset I've put the belt in the bin and ordered from another supplier

I was continously mucked around with trying to get some very basic trim for my type 2 Kombi. When it comes to knowing left from right not only did I get get sent the wrong part but your photos do not match the descriptions both on your website and on your packaging slips!!!! Same thing happened with big and small, it was ridiculous !!!! Same with giving a review, I have already given one!!!!!
