Not use again my t4 bumper didn't fit my t4, customer service terrible they weren't interested.

Hi Tej, we have looked into this for you. I can see your first message into our CS team at 7:15pm on Friday evening was answered as soon as the team returned to work on Monday morning at 9:13am. Your order was fulfilled in the advertised time, if you require the service to be faster you need to select the express delivery not standard delivery options on check out.

We ordered and paid for an expansionin tank (Part No SKU 701-121-407/B) for a VW Transporter on the 28th August last and are still awaiting delivery. We were informed a few weeks ago that the tank would be delivered within two weeks - but we have not received the tank. The VW Transporter is off the road and cannot be driven and our customer is becoming very annoyed The order no was #WEBXK280825001164284. Please let me have update by return

Shipping was more then parts which were very poor quality and very slow in ariving. Additional cost because of tariffs added and very slow at arriving. You lost a customer 😖!

Hi Michael, we are sad to hear this - I cannot see any emails to our team about his but if you contact us regarding the quality issues we can deal with them and look to make this right. However, we ship to the US from the UK, we cannot make the journey any faster and there is nothing we can do about import tariffs.

No he recibido la llave aun. Hay un reclamo 451375 y fue enviado por Royal Mail sin seguimiento. llegar de 15 a 20 días. Estoy atento Gracias Camilo Santos

Quoted a shipping price then had to pay COD to UPS to get the price. Basically ended up being double what was quoted.

Hi David, we are sorry about the charges the US government are enforcing. As you will appreciate, we cannot change their policy on import tax charges and levies on imported car parts and urge our customers to research charges before they order.

El mecánico no quiso instalar el distribuidor con pulmón de avance 1200-1600 que os compré porque me dijo que era de mala calidad. Ahora llevo instalado el de otro fabricante y el de Heritage me lo tengo que comer con patatas + gastos de envío. Gracias!

Leider ist eine Bewertung noch nicht möglich, da ich meinen bestellten Artikel noch nicht erhalten habe trotz Angabe einer Lieferzeit von 3-5 Werktagen.

Mal . Lo siento . No hemos podido colocar las molduras inferiores de color rojo en la ve california t6.1 . Quitamos las originales y las que compramos aquí de color rojo , no hace click y por tanto no se quedan encajadas . Queriamos haber comprado las superiores que van donde el anagrama vw pero como no hemos conseguido poner las inferiores… Encajan pero no hacen click y se sueltan ( las vuestras )
