Hi Joaquim, I can see that our customer service team have been in contact with you and having read through these emails I can see it was established that you simply ordered the wrong part. It is also usual practice for a business to request the return of an incorrectly ordered product before they send replacements, I understand this is frustrating but it is usual. I am sorry for your dissatisfaction.

My order never arrived so I cannot say anything about the quality of the product. As my first purchase from Heritage I was VERY DISAPPOINTED at the service and communication or lack of it!!! I will not be ordering from them again EVER !!!!!!!!!!!!

Appalling customer service. Ordered a this part, tried to amend the order through the original purchase order, no facility to amend or cancel an order once placed on ther site. Tried calling all the contact numbers to find the only way to contact this company is via a customer service email. Emailed them immediately after ordering the part to amend my order, no reply to email for around 2 days and original part had already been sent. Now part still hasn't even arrived and am being told it was delivered according thier system and to check with neighbours. Poor service.

Communication is diabolical. Over 48 hours to respond to a message and the second message on a different topic, about an incorrect listing, was answered in about the same time. This really is not good enough for business, if you cannot have a telephone line where a customer can actually call and talk with someone. Poor customer service/ Customers not valued.

Hi Ron, our Customer Service team are online 9-5 Monday to Friday to deal with any enquiries. We found that customers get a better and faster service this way, rather than waiting in long telephone waiting queues.

Part on website is not the same as what was sent , customer service was very unprofessional and rude . I sent a photo of the item received along side a screenshot of the product on their website yet they acted like it was the right part … took many emails back and forth for them to agree it was in fact the wrong part and the photo advertised on the website was incorrect, they haven’t changed it though. Took weeks to get a refund as they wouldn’t send the return label. Wouldn’t use again. Also was lied to saying they tried to call me that’s why there was a delay with replying to my email. No missed calls or voicemails and I didn’t even give them my number so unsure how they tried to call me , very untrustworthy company.

Hi April, sorry to hear this feedback. I have reviewed the email chain and I am sorry for any misunderstanding, my colleagues were simply and quite courteously advising you the part would fit your vehicle but the manufacturer had changed spec slightly from the image you saw online. I can see they set up a return for you in a timely manner, and again our apologies for any misunderstanding.

I have never received it because the address of the garage has changed …I have received another parcel and I am pretty sure it’s totally not what I ordered

Bei der Bestellung stand Lieferzeit 2-3 Wochen Was es heist ich bekomme das Teil in 2-3 Wochen. Erst bei nachfragen kam antworten, wir haben das Teil im Zentrallager und es wird intern verschickt ….. Nur Ausreden die mich als Kunden nicht interessieren. Habe das Teil erst in der 5 Wochen bekommen nachdem dem ich es bestellt habe

Es tut mir leid für Ihre Unzufriedenheit. Die Vorlaufzeit auf der Website gibt an, wann das Teil in unser Lager geliefert wird, und manchmal ändern sich diese Schätzungen aufgrund von Problemen in der Lieferkette.

Katastrophe, langsam werde ich echt sauer. Habe zum zweiten Mal falsche Felgen bekommen. Man wartet sehr lange auf Antworten.

Why should I do business with any company that doesn't take telephone calls? I think it is part of any companies customer service to provide a telephone number where a quick change or similar can be made or information received. Messaging systems that take hours or days to receive an answer are not effective or efficient.

Hi Donald, sorry to hear of your dissatisfaction. I have checked through our customer service emails and our order system and can see that you placed and confirmed your order on 9th March, then contacted us on 12th to complain about the shipping cost, by which time sadly the order had already been shipped. My colleagues informed you that the order had already been dispatched to which you said you would refuse delivery. We have not heard from you since that about the part not fitting; please do reach out to us via help@heritagepartscentre.com with more detail and we can look to get a replacement part to you if the part sent is incorrect for your vehicle.

Sorry to hear this Nick. I can see that DPD had some issues getting the delivery correct on this and your order was returned to us, sorry about that.
