“Communication is terrible. Chat closes down very quickly, even when you are waiting for a reply from them. If writing an email, either you dont get a response or it is not possible to write back to a reply. It never really worked for me anyways. Oh! And dont ask two questions in one email. Only one is answered. Items listed sometimes doesnt match delivered or takes a month to arrive. But if I cant get stuff anywhere else they are ok. I quess.”

“Left off my order and couldn’t contact anyone by phone! Sent many emails and messages before it was resolved. Wheel trims are ok but certainly not a perfect fit”

“I visited Heritage Parts Centre web site looking for a heater matrix for a Porsche 924, the part wasn't in stock but I could register that they would let me know when the part was back in stock. A few weeks later I received a message saying the part was in stock, I paid for the part and received it a few days later. I can't fault their service and will buy from them again”
