“the part came quickly but I could not fit the bottom bolt fixing as the rubber pipe from the water pump to the metal pipe could not be done up as the originalrubber pipe is not long enough to connect properly.But not to worry I just did not fit the bottom bolt and all is ok. Thanks Keith oI can send a picture of the part in situ if you would like me to but I will have to take it first.”

“prompt shipping, quality products...I buy from Pakistan for my restorationshere. I wish there was a way to avoid the VAT. I get hit by taxes twice..first the VAT then the customs levies when the parts reach Pakistan..however still better than using VW Heritage shipping. You guys need to do something about economical international shipping”

“Good availability and prices. Disappointed that cork rocker gaskets were stuffed loose in a Jiffy bag and not kept flat. Makes them almost impossible to fit”

“I find the delivery very quick which is good. In relation to my recent order, I didn't like the complete lack of response to a query that I had about it. Ok, it was about 'small fry' items like door rubber bungs but nonetheless a reply would have been good. Charles Oliver”

“For the greatest part the team have been willing and able to help. Couple of issues around descriptions but the most important question is always "can I trust these people?" and I believe you can. “I found the wind deflectors work very well and am happy with those however the window winder handles where not what I expected , the part number I gave you was from the original cast ones from our T3 and i thought that they would be made of the same material not plastic and the cover plates that hide the screws do not stay on very well . Apart from that I found your service and delivery dates very good”
