Ordering is easy and efficient. Returns is not so easy, need to put in your account number which does not appear to be visible on web site when signed in or any invoices?? Of course you could try to call but they have tech support who finish at midday and no other obvious number to call. Such a shame for what was a great company to deal with.

Hi James, thank you for feeding back here. Other than the phone line, our team are online from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday to help. If you check your original invoice that is emailed to you the account number is at the top on the right hand side column. I was very pleaseed with the parts I ordered once they were delivered. My low score is driven by poor delivery timescales. My original order was never delivered and only after several requests to find out when it was going to be delivered was a new order issued and delivered very quickly.

The rev counter didnt come with any instructions on wiring it up, for £150+ it feels cheap, and as for the speedo cable, once fitted, that didnt get to the end of the road when the end of the cable on the wheel end, just came off, the cable is ok and the square drive end is ok, it just slid off, it wasnt even attached to the cable. I know you have to trade with what ever parts you can source but come on, this isnt funny anymore.

Ordered on a Wednesday paid extra for next day delivery not received until 6pm on Friday lost 4 days getting repair done. Sent email no answer?

Definitely not a 5 star service. Order was confirmed then nothing. I had to contact you to see where my order was. Foolishly, I made another order this Monday at 09:00. Same thing; order confirmation then nothing. What is the excuse this time? For the second time in two weeks, where's my order, please? It was just so much better and easier when I could phone up and order over the telephone. A much better service in those days.

Habe Verdunklungsmatten für meinen VW Bus bestellt, auf der Webseite wird mit man 5€ Rabatt gelockt, wenn man den Newsletter abonniert. Leider konnte ich den Gutschein beim bezahlen aber nicht einlösen. Außerdem wurden mir sogar 5€ Expressgebühren draufgeschlagen…Bei Nachfrage hieß es nur, dass anders keine Bestellung nach Deutschland möglich wäre. Schon sehr unbefriedigend.

Sendung war nicht vollständig, dann wurde das Produkt verschickt und war wieder nicht vollständig. Die Anzahl stimmte nicht, es wurde zu wenig geliefert.

Buenas tardes .Cuando he mirado la disponibilidad del regulador de presión de combustible y el filtro aparecía que estaban en stock . Yea haber hecho el pago recibo la notificación de que alguno de los productos no está en stock por lo que habrá una demora en lla entrega . Confirmen por favor si es así . Además tampoco se me ha ofrecido ningún código descuento ni siquiera por registrarme . Saludos !

I placed an order and after I paid for the invoice, I realized I made a mistake Instead of purchasing 10 clips I selected 1 clip I straight away sent email explaining everything and asked if they could invoice me for 9 more clips so they could send them iwith the remainer of the other purchase . I received email saying that it was to late as the have collected my first purchase . I problem I have is I sent the with in 3 minutes of paying for the first purchase and there was no way that they could have fulfilled my 10 items in that short time Mind you that I received 2 days later informing me that they were shipping my items then not happy at all

The part was not the correct fit - the connections are marginally too large and so you have to use a lot of force to get it to go in place. Wholes for the bolts are also cut in the wrong place - had to be bent to fit the front one and the rear didn't align at all.

Kotflügel kam beschädigt an und hätte viel Schreiberei bis sie sich erbarmten einen Rabatt dafür zu geben. Unverschämt sowas überhaupt zu versenden.

Misrepresenting on the website in stock items. In this day and age your accounting system should be reporting accurately so that your website tells your customers accurately what is in stock. I was told that it must have been lag between the sale of the last item and my trying to purchase one. Most of these items are NOS new old stock. They continued to tell me more parts were on order but couldn’t tell me when or verify that there would be a refill. I highly doubt they are making any more 20+ year old door sill plates so I chose to look elsewhere. Be aware you’re not necessarily seeing actual inventory on their website.

Hi Josh, thank you for your order and feedback. I have reviewed the email trail regarding this order and we did give you the re-stock date for the items you required. I can also assure you that our stock inventory is correctly displayed on the website. However, in this case, when stock levels are very low or there is only one item left in stock other customers can place orders at the same time or very near to your order time and the last item of stock will be allocated to another order as it was minutes or seconds before yours was placed. Being a worldwide e-commerce business operating in many time zones where customers place orders 24-7 this can occasionally happen. We are sorry for your experience.

Hi. I am helping a friend do up a 1972 Type 3. I purchased the door lock and ignition set but all I could use out of it were the key barrels from the door handles as they were not compactible with the existing door handles. The internals of the new handles didnt even touch the plate that opens the door.
