“Paid for a before 12pm nextday delivery. Needed it due to delivery time. Got an 1630 slot which was no good. Emailed heritage. Can't ever find a reply. Had to drive to next county to pick it up from a delivery depot the day after that. Otherwise it wouldn't get sent out for couple of days. Asked the delivery company what had been paid for it was before 12pm option. Not the first time this has happened. But where else do you buy from.”

“Left off my order and couldn’t contact anyone by phone! Sent many emails and messages before it was resolved. Wheel trims are ok but certainly not a perfect fit”

Sono spiacente di sentire questa notizia, ma ricordate che permettiamo ai clienti di ordinare i pezzi che non sono disponibili in magazzino e ve li inviamo quando vengono riforniti. La pagina del prodotto indica se l'articolo è disponibile o meno e l'e-mail di conferma dell'ordine indica le parti dell'ordine da seguire e la data stimata in cui saremo in grado di fornirle.

“211-798-335 Ordered the clutch cable kit that you sell on your website. I for a 1979 bay window and I went to fit it and the black tube is to short. This means that there is no adjustment on the cable. Just as well I had the old one cause I had to use that one.”

“Parts are good, Most of them are out of stock most of the time, shipment of items take a longgg time , no shipment tracking numbers are provided and then suddenly, the items appear at your doorstep when you least expect it !”

“Would I Shop with you again, I Very much Doubt it. I paid a Lot of £££££ for a Cheap item. The item I Thought I was buying Did NOT arrive. What Did Arrive was a Cheap Made in China/Britpart part That's Now sat on the Shelf with a Do Not use on it. So No Not at All. Ever.”

Hi Garry, thank you for your review - we are sorry but our email responses have proved more effective than phone lines; we are constantly looking at how we service our customers but it is difficult to provide 24-7 phone support. Would an online 24-7 support chat help?

“The part I ordered was out of specs and I had a hard time with customer service trying to get a resolution. After, we finally agreed to a resolution, which was a second order for a different part free shipping; the part arrived and to be a so call laser cut part; looks more like a hand crafted piece specifically in the area where the metal needs to be shrink/ or stretched to make the arch shape. I have not test fit it yet , but you will see a review in you tube as soon as I get to it.”
