Kotflügel kam beschädigt an und hätte viel Schreiberei bis sie sich erbarmten einen Rabatt dafür zu geben. Unverschämt sowas überhaupt zu versenden.

Misrepresenting on the website in stock items. In this day and age your accounting system should be reporting accurately so that your website tells your customers accurately what is in stock. I was told that it must have been lag between the sale of the last item and my trying to purchase one. Most of these items are NOS new old stock. They continued to tell me more parts were on order but couldn’t tell me when or verify that there would be a refill. I highly doubt they are making any more 20+ year old door sill plates so I chose to look elsewhere. Be aware you’re not necessarily seeing actual inventory on their website.

Hi Josh, thank you for your order and feedback. I have reviewed the email trail regarding this order and we did give you the re-stock date for the items you required. I can also assure you that our stock inventory is correctly displayed on the website. However, in this case, when stock levels are very low or there is only one item left in stock other customers can place orders at the same time or very near to your order time and the last item of stock will be allocated to another order as it was minutes or seconds before yours was placed. Being a worldwide e-commerce business operating in many time zones where customers place orders 24-7 this can occasionally happen. We are sorry for your experience.

Hi. I am helping a friend do up a 1972 Type 3. I purchased the door lock and ignition set but all I could use out of it were the key barrels from the door handles as they were not compactible with the existing door handles. The internals of the new handles didnt even touch the plate that opens the door.

I keep getting un-asked for mailshots asking me to write a review! It's a bit annoying. I haven't done so as of yet, but, considering is getting to the stage where it feels like MARKETING HARASSMENT & PESTERING, here's my review.. of the wind deflectors was damaged.. I'm also a bit baffled, the cabin carpet I ordered, I cannot understand for the life of me why it was folded twice and was left a serious indentation in the middle of it?? Surely anyone with a little bit of common sense would have just rolled it up and put it into a box. It's a shame because I spend in the region of €120,000 a year on upgrades and parts for Transporters. It's all about the money these days and nothing else.

I inquired about the availability of a small part which was listed as "special order". I was assured that the part was available. I did not want to pay nearly $30 for international shipping for a $4 part, so I found a bunch of other parts to order which I did not really need, but figured I woudl likely use on my project. I was told the order woudl ship once the special order part was recieved. A week or so later I was told my order shipped because the speical order part was no longer available. This was disappointing. I should have been asked if I still wanted the rest of my order befor shipping short.

Hi Michael, we are sorry to hear this. We will feed this back to the team, they usually assume that customers would like the remainder of their order when an item becomes no longer available from our suppliers.

Why is it free shipping to USA and not Canada? I love your products and selection, but shipping is a major downside.

Unfortunately, there are number of factors that mean shipping to Canada is more expensive than to the US. Used to be a good company, and this would have been a 5 star rating - but even though I have been using VW Heritage for a long time - I've recently been BOMBARDED by really, really long adverts for Heritage Parts Centre across a number of different apps and websites, ads that interrupt my free time, my enjoyment or my work. Sometimes to the points where - with limited signal - I can load the advert but nothing else. The adverts are unnecessarily long, ill placed, ill advised, and are making me reconsider whether I use Heritage in the future or find another supplier. Very annoying from someone who has been a customer for over 20 years. Work with an ad agency that is less intrusive, or risk losing customers. Simple.

Disappointed in quality of some of the parts received. Not having someone on the phone for help puts me off ordering parts. Ordered a wiper motor, wrong part send out. Now stuck with a £250 part that's no use to me.

Parts arrived, fitted and fell apart first turn! Engine oil cap - managed to remove, eventually. Went to breakers for a genuine….genuine part.

Impossible to speak to someone with my query about a part and the FAQ’s were inappropriate. When the park arrived it was not as per the original part fitted to the car in that the size of the fixing was smaller and less strong therefore.

Hi John, sorry to hear this. I can see that you ordered a Special Order item - these are items that we do not keep in stock as they are ordered direct from the manufacturer for you. The reason for this is the lead time and in this case, specialized products.

Compré unas molduras de aluminio para la parte baja de un golf MK1 y la experiencia no ha sido muy positiva. Llegaron muy dobladas y dejar recto el aluminio no es nada fácil

Tempi di consegna previsti inattesi, anche chiedendo al supporto clienti chiarimenti vengono fornite date disattese. "La merce è in arrivo nel magazzino in Germania domani" ... dopo 1 settimana "La merce deve arrivare". ... senza ulteriori chiarimenti. Peccato perché il catalogo è estremamente vaso ed i prezzi buoni, ma inaffidabile la gestione della spedizione .

Først you can do a lot better, by ansering my quetian whits you havvent done, Thatcher whould have help me a lot, but i found a solution to me problem.
