Order Buggy seats noted as back order 1 week. Waiting for 3 weeks. Then ask whats happend to my order. Lady told me the seats will be back the another next week. Waitng another 10 days then ask again nicely. Someone else told me that seats will not be in stock in another 2 weeks or more. Ask and waiting for money refund. I lost one monts to finish the customer car. Wish I know that sooner. Placed my new order in local store. Sorry....

No phone line makes things very difficult. A potential 2 minute phone conversation can take hours/days to resolve by email. I found your technical expertise to be lacking when I needed it. Questions not answered fully, and this wasted a lot of my time and money. I will only buy from you when I can’t find what I’m looking for anywhere else.

Wrong item ordered. It’s so difficult now that there is no telephone support and so many items which could be correct for the vehicle. Have to order and then send it back rather than a quick phone call, which is extremely bad for the environment. I’ve found the on-line support timelines don’t work for me. I actually can never be bothered sending items back so I waste so much money shopping here now. It’s such a shame as the telephone support in the past was fantastic. 😟

I purchased an alternator for my 74 VW Westphalia 1.8L engine. The online description said it was for Bay Window Buses - all years. It did NOT say it was only for the 1600cc engine. The "real" problem comes from the fact it will cost me the price of the part to ship it back to you. That makes you a "risk" to do business with. This is different than my experience with Just Kampers who have a USA operation. If you had provided "accurate" information, then I would understand - but I relied on your webpage information and now am stuck with an alternator I cannot use. I have since found a "used" alternator and when it fails - I will simply rebuild it. Ernest Artiz. eartiz@msn.com.

Just received a bag of seals none of which were identified by either part number or location and the postage charge was an absolute rip off. £15 for a tiny jiffy bag which would only cost rew quid with royal mail. Not impressed.

Heritage has a huge inventory of hard to find parts for our aging VWs. I have placed a few orders and worked with the negional rep for the USA which have all gone smooth up until my last order. I placed an order for $350 for which I had paid nearly $200 in shipping to recieve. The shipping charge is understandable considering one of the items was oversized. I had been made aware of this charge and the fact that the item causing the high shipping charge was actually on backorder but due in stock in 10 days. I was asked if I wanted to ship the instock items now or all together when the last part arrived. For obvious reasons I opted to wait and ship all together. 10 days went by and I was advised the delay turned into another 2 weeks wait. I again opted to wait and ship everything together. A week or so later my order showed up without the oversized item. I attempted to check in with my rep with no response. After another week or so I reached out to Heritage directly and was told my parts were in stock again but I would have to pay another $120 in shipping to recieve them. I was advised my rep was no longer with the company and even though I had email conversations of what was clearly outlined to be done, I was denied any consideration or compensation towards the additional $120 shipping charges on a $75 part. After many more exchanged emails expressing frustrations I eventually had to cave and pay heavily for their mistake. Will I order from heritage again? Yes, if they are the only company with a part I need and I will again have no choice. Beyond that I will be seeking out other suppliers.

Vor acht Wochen Artikel bestellt, einen Teil erhalten obwohl alles als lieferbar auf der Seite war. Nach vier Wochen nach Anfrage von mir Bescheid bekommen das der Artikel erst wieder in vier Wochen lieferbar ist. Kann leider nichts zum Material sagen da es noch nicht angekommen ist!

Ich entschuldige mich für die Verzögerung bei Ihrer Bestellung, ich sehe, dass wir zwei von drei bestellten Teilen geliefert haben. Ich kann mich nur dafür entschuldigen, dass unsere Lagerbestände für den noch ausstehenden Artikel nicht so gut sind, wie sie sein könnten.

The Heritage Website is not perfect so often a telephone call is needed, sadly somebody made the decision to stop answering calls. For this reason alone I would look elsewhere for future parts needed (unless this decision is reverted).

Nothing wrong with the parts, or the time it took to get from the UK to Australia, but an eye-watering freight price for some things which were very small and light, far more than I am used to
