You can’t talk to anyone on the phone anymore. This meant that I ended up ordering the wrong part. Refund was fast and sending the goods back was pretty easy but it’s much easier buying from companies you can talk to. I’ve bought a lot from Heritage in the past but I’m afraid their competitors now get my money

Exhaust was poor quality Empi China sucks the return process isn’t easy so ended up re selling the exhaust for a loss!

Waited 12 weeks for a part to come in stock. When it came to the date no communication. I emailed heritage to be told will be another 9 weeks. My hole project has been put in hold and no communication with customer at all

Whilst the quality of product has been Great, I am deeply disappointment with shipment handling and Customer service. My Order has been partially fulfilled, actually duplicated from the parts that were delivered, and a month later the outstanding order is still not being shipped with no advice on when order will be complete.

I was given a discount code for being a new customer,entered the code on the first purchase to then discover the code didn't work. I queried this with "customer services",but never got a reply. I doubt I'll be using this company in future.

Wrong part was sent after I contacted Heritage to check Unfortunately you can no longer call anyone On-line only Not good at all Very disappointed with what used to be 1st class service How do I get a refund please? Hunan contact please?????

Given a choice I wouldn’t use Heritage, no one has a clue on Aircooled stuff, you can’t speak to anyone on the phone and you seem to have cornered the market on parts which are usually out of stock or poor quality.

Hi Lee Sorry to hear of your disappointment, we are always striving to find more suppliers on the air cooled side of the business. I'm sure you can appreciate that suppliers and manufacturers of these parts are fast becoming few and far between, but rest assured we are constantly working on finding more suppliers so we can keep stock levels up. Our tech team are always happy to help and we have several air cooled enthusiasts ready to help you with any questions in business hours Monday to Friday.

Products delivered correctly. Unfortunately, there was no communication about when the delivery would be made and subsequent enquiries were answered after the delivery had been made. Technical support is also very poor with questions going unanswered. For classic VW products, choice of suppliers is very limited so you have to accept that poor customer service will be part of dealing with Heritage Parts

I cannot see any emails regarding any technical questions regarding the order and you enquired as to a delivery estimate on the day that delivery occurred which we answered after following up with the courier. Your order was delivered in the standard delivery timeframe. As an old customer, I wasn't impressed with your shop being closed, I'm not a fan of click and collect. And even less pleased with the £9 postage to send the ignition leads 17 miles to lewes! Otherwise the part was what I needed and was reasonably priced.

Hi Sam Sorry to hear this. I am also sorry that our shop outlet has closed, after lockdown we were simply not having enough customers needing a retail outlet to justify it. Retail habits changed massively after covid and we had to make a hard decision to stop providing the service due to customer feedback and a change in shopping habits. Postal/courier costs are also under constant review, but as you are fairly local it might be worth you selecting click and collect on your next order, this service is still functioning.

Leider ist die Verarbeitung nicht so akkurat wie ich mir das für den Preis vorgestellt habe. Die Ausschnitte für das Gaspedal sind 2 cm zu weit links. Die Formung auf der linken Seite am fussraum ist krumm und schief.

the accelerator cables for a VW camper are like coat hanger wires, I would expect them to shrink and expand in the heat and would not recommend them. I would expect the correct cable to be twisted core - but who knows - I might be wrong - in the bin.

Indicator mechanism was missing a spring and was stiff to operate. I should have returned it, but was desperate. Poor quality repo.
