I ordered 2 on the Web sites and my order ended up becoming one. I then had to order again for another hello blade. Which cost a lot for postage. Why didn't heritage pock up on this and notify me of a possible error in my order? I wasn't a happy camper.

Im incredibly disappointed. all the specs of the handles i purchased were "OE" and i purchased new handle gaskets yet on when installing them theres still a great potential for water to leak in and the fit is janky. Having a hard time gettin in contact with the company's customer service I was glad to see this oppertunity to give feed back.

I ordered an Indicator Switch but I received a door mirror even though the invoice inside said Indicator Switch. I tried to telephone but contact is only via email which is a negative. I replied with the requested picture of the mirror and invoice but heard nothing back. I waited several days before requesting an update. The reply was quick and the Switch was sent, but to my neighbour's address! They kindly delivered it to me and it is fitted. A telephone call would have solved this quicker and more stars awarded if the correct item sent.

In the past I have got my parts from yourselves, now you have gone digital, no phone lines, I am now looking for a supplier that I can actually talk to.I am also dissappointed with the quality of the parts that you have supplied recently.

Parts turned up but they are not as described they do not fit the vehicle there slightly different a little disappointed.

Very dissatisfied after having such previous amazing service. The rear type 2 bumper I bought doesn't line up with the brackets supplied and had to pay extra to have them altered. You cannot email or call anyone. Would never use again

On what was quite an expensive order HPC managed to get the taxation treatment wrong. You should have collected the GST for my order as the total was under $1000 ($978.34), however, I was told via email that because the value of the order, including GST, was over $1000 HPC cannot collect the GST. This is incorrect as the Australian taxation requirement is based on the value of the goods being under $1000 excluding any taxes. Then on the shipping waybill, the invoice price quoted was the GST inclusive value of $1087.04 meaning that the GST has been calculated on that price plus $225.74 (wow!) transport and insurance, totaling $1312.78 to arrive at GST of $131.27. The invoice value should have been the GST exclusive price of $978.34 that I paid, plus $225.74 T&I, totaling $1204.08 to arrive at a correct GST value of $120.41. I was charged an extra $10.86 GST on top of the GST that I never paid anyway. With the extra unnecessary GST charges plus GST on shipping and then an $88 handling charge, it ended up costing me way more than it should have as a landed cost. I know I agreed that I would accept any extra charges but all the extra charges are a result of your mistakes.

Excellent service however there is an issue with your SSP tie rod tubes, after screwing in the Meyle tie rod ends we found them to be tight, this is due to the tubes having the internal threads cut using blunt taps, I’ve also experienced this issue in our shop If you assemble these units together prior to shipping you will be able to manage the quality of these parts in house before they leave, these long rods are not able to be used without recutting the threads, can you please supply replacement rod assemblies

Quality Product. Unfortunately I made the mistake of ordering one in a recent prior order. I attempted to add seven more needed (for a total of 8). But I could not add more to that order. I attempted to call but got no answer. I was forced to communicate only by email. Therefore I had no choice to order seven more in a separate order. So rather than paying $0 in shipping cost, I paid $140. In the future, I will look elsewhere for similar products to avoid this problem again. You need to improve the way your customers can contact you.

Not the washer I thought also same for the nut washer is smaller outer diameter and thinner nut the same if this was wrong order and my fault please reply to let me know

When I first ordered, the system added several items I didn't order, or payed for. but that was solved quickly. I ordered the 2 products in mid May, was told to get my stuff in late July. Later told to get it in August, but ended up getting 1 part in middle of October. The package seemed to be allright, but my plan to renovate my VW bus during the summer months didn't work. Still hasn't got 1 stuff left on the order and it's now November.

The item on your order had a very long lead time from our manufacturer - it is a special item order we don't keep in stock and order direct when customers request to buy it. I am very sorry our lead time was longer than anticipated when you ordered.

It is a huge shame that the shop is no longer open. The guys from counter were unbelievably helpful and incredibly useful for finding the exact part even if it wasn't in stock from yourselves. Now the phone lines are closed which makes things even less helpful for myself. Enquiries via email were not helpful at all.

The service was quite acceptable, shipping was quick, unfortunately the parts, sliding door rollers, were of poor quality. After installation the parts worked well, but very quickly the main nylon rollers wore out and will need to be replaced again after only a few days of use. Very disappointing.

Not being a mechanic, and trying to find what’s needed for my build is sometimes a struggle without the help of a person on the end of phone / counter , to the point I’m mainly using other means of purchasing parts needed ,elsewhere, rather than yourselves, Shame really ,seeing as I live 5 miles away only my opinion but think , Lack of having a counter to come purchase and get advice,if needed isn’t the way forward .
