Regrettably, after several happy years of buying parts from Heritage Parts Centre, I have to say that I am not likely to continue. The main issue is the cost of delivery. In one order, the addition of a door lock seal for the Type 2 Bay sliding door increased the delivery cost from $27 to $66. Please be aware that you lost the bulk of this order to one of your competitors who delivered everything for only $11. The only reason I ordered anything from you at all was because you were the only supplier to have it in stock - hence 2 stars not 1 star. Also, my bank card issuer charged me an overseas transaction fee even though I paid you in Australian dollars from my Australian bank account. With all things considered, by the time your unreasonable delivery costs (by unreasonable I mean $39 for a piece of rubber that would fit inside a matchbox) are included, plus fees for card payments, your prices are no longer competitive for customers in Australia. Sorry for this negative review.

i ordered 4 parts, the order confirmation says they are in stock all of them, but then it also says one part isnt, but in the end 3 aren't and I am not give any info on the 3 that never arrive!!! Terrible service and way to deal with orders... COMMUNICATION!!!

Good day, Since I placed an order for a T1 platform with you in December and I still don't have all the parts and have called several times, but no one can tell me when I can expect the side part that is still missing, I think it's a shame Please do not expect positive feedback from me. Items ordered and it was not clear they were not in stock so I received one part of my order and I have no idea when the rest will arrive this is not a very good service

Goods arrived poorly wrapped with minor damage. Five or six panels were in a ripped box with minimal internal wrapping so sounded like a bag of tin cans rolling around. Wrong part offered online and delivered. Part returned but no comms to arrange a replacement unless I chased it up. Supplier still offered the same part online well after stating it wasn’t in stock. Two weeks since return processed and still no refund. I have a full time job, a house renovation and a car restoration going on at the same time, so don’t need to do more work than necessary on simple things like ordering parts or expecting problems to be resolved by the supplier.

This mats do not fit to my VW t4. I asked support before buy and they confirmed. Its sad :(

Persistent nagging for post purchase review is not good. Some VW items shown with manufacturers part number but price appears to indicate that it’s from a low cost supplier, unfortunately the actual manufacturer not indicated.

Placed an order but immediately asked to cancel a correctly ordered item. The return process is to difficult. Been trying to sort it out for a couple of weeks now. Will probably shop else where for my restoration project in the future.

wrong part arrived to me....Had to pay for shipment 35 euros more that the part is worth it.I was advice to buy the right part.I did but the is a price difference on my favor....do I get credit for the expenses of shipment and part price difference.........any advice.....beside tks for sending the part so i can sell it again?

The hose was advertised to fit ABL engine of my year but did not fit. However generally items and service is good.

I was disappointed at the delivery time. I paid a premium for next working day delivery. Ordering on Saturday around midday I expected it to arrive Monday. It arrived Tuesday.
