“Tried to change a c&c order to delivery but apparently this couldn't be done. Had to reorder the next day and the price had gone up. Fast delivery though”

“This place has a ton of old VW stuff, specific stuff that fits like OEM. Not many others can match their inventory. It may just take more time to get it to the states as they are over the big pond.”

“I was very happy to see the body part I needed to preplace, liste don your site. The proce was reasonable but was surprised to see such a high shipping cost. But was just glad it was avalible. Communication was very good, lots of updates on the progress of the orer etc. It arrived with no evident damage to the box, but when I opened it I later noticed that the body part was damaged. Ive attached a couple photos showing the damaged part and what I suspect was the directon that the impact happened. In short the service was very good, ju stunlucky wiht this shipment. I am preparing to order this same part again and "try again" Im ahoping HPC can work somethign out with me on this first order.”

“The supposedly ‘100% waterproof’ car cover is not completely waterproof. I had runs of water onto the vehicle from ingress from the roof. I had to chase Customer service for a response from my complaint and their reply simply refused to believe this, which is quite disappointing. I was particularly annoyed at being told that I had only bought the cover a couple of weeks before and it hadn’t rained much in that time, when in fact we had had unprecedentedly heavy rain and the fact it had leaked in the first week of use was exactly the reason for my concern. This poor customer services attitude has left me reluctant to use Heritage Parts again.”
