“Hi Sorry for the 4 star review, but I find it harder ordering parts from you nowadays and my last order went to another vendor who'm I could talk to as there was two different parts avaliable and wanted to make sure I had the right one. I am afraid an email response within 24 hours is no good to me and then back and forth etc . My last purchase was sent out very quickly indeed though, so very pleased with that service. I know exactly what I needed there and did not need any advice on that occasion. That was great service, thank you.”

“I inquired about the availability of a small part which was listed as "special order". I was assured that the part was available. I did not want to pay nearly $30 for international shipping for a $4 part, so I found a bunch of other parts to order which I did not really need, but figured I woudl likely use on my project. I was told the order woudl ship once the special order part was recieved. A week or so later I was told my order shipped because the speical order part was no longer available. This was disappointing. I should have been asked if I still wanted the rest of my order befor shipping short.”
