“The BAD - Recently bought three Window winders for my `73 Kombi (I ordered 3 by mistake) They promptly arrived (In Bris Australia) and sadly the knob came off all three within minutes of fitting ie only a couple of ups and downs. The window wasn`t still. THEY WERE RUBBISH. The GOOD after contacting the Centre and sending a photo, Ramon quickly agreed to replace them at no charge to me and even upgraded them to the next level (basic) model. They arrived promptly and are a far superior handle - well comstructed and the knob hasn`t come off on the drivers side despite repeated use since installation. Top marks to Heritage for their customer service”
