Hi David, I have looked into this and can see that you did not receive your order because you refused to pay the customs charge on entry to the US. I can also see that you were refunded for this, in spite of our website terms of business stating otherwise. Please remember for future orders that there are now customs charges on car parts sent from the UK to US and this is the responsibility of the customer, not Heritage Parts Centre.

“There was no sales counter at heritage because they said they were afraid of catching Covid! I only bought what I desperately needed as I was there by siting in my car doing the order on my phone I went to Just Kampers for the rest such had a sales counter and were not too precious to speak to the public !”

Hi Tej, we have looked into this for you. I can see your first message into our CS team at 7:15pm on Friday evening was answered as soon as the team returned to work on Monday morning at 9:13am. Your order was fulfilled in the advertised time, if you require the service to be faster you need to select the express delivery not standard delivery options on check out.

“I am a returning classic Beetle owner after a 50 year gap, so needed to re-associate myself with the quirky vehicle and it`s sometimes odd character. The Heritage staff have been incredibly helpful in this process and I am extremely grateful to them. They have allowed me to regain my affection for this amazing motor car and re-kindle our long-lost romance. Thank you for your assistance and patience.”
