“Mi pedido era de dos artículos y solo me ha llegado uno, del otro no tengo noticias. He llamado al teléfono que me viene y me dice que ese servicio no está disponible. He escrito para que me actualicen el pedido y me dicen que en unos minutos me mandarán un correo pero pasada más de una hora no he recibido nada en la bandeja de entrada ni en spam.”

Lamentamos su experiencia con este pedido. El artículo que faltaba estaba fuera de stock cuando usted hizo su pedido, puedo ver que mi colega respondió a su pregunta y le hizo saber que dentro de una hora de la recepción de su pregunta.
