“Heritage Parts Centre has been and remains instrumental in my classic fleet resoration and upkeep. A good range of quality parts at reasonable prices, and on the one occassion I had reason to complain about a VW Throttle Cable, they gave me a full refund without any fuss.”

“It took 4 hours to a glass technician to place the rubbers with the plastic trim on the car. The windshield rubber and the side rubbers did tear a bit near the seam, and the plastic trim is not as OEM, the metal doesn't go up to edge, and that makes visible the plastic edge on the trim..”

“Shocking customer service, placed an order 10 April and not processed until 15 April. After demanding a refund as told item would be shipped by the end of today, then told item already shipped in the morning. They were unable to provide any proof that the item was shipped am and the invoice received very late pm. Will never use this site again. Overpriced shipping and very poor service.”
