“wrong part supplied in the box. phoned but no answer sent numerous e mails trying to resolve said they would collect last friday but no one showed up i was there from 7.30am until 8 pm now ignoring my emails again. disappointing service heritage i suggest you work on your customer service rather than profits.”

“Wir haben 2 Stück von diesen Teilen bestellt aber leider war nur einer im Paket, bezahlt haben wir schon beide ,es wurde uns angeboten, 3Wochen zuwarten ,weil im Moment nicht lieferbar oder Geld zurück,wir wollen warten und hoffen , dass es klappt !!Die anderen Sachen waren im Paket,Lieferung ging schnell Wir brauchen den zweiten unbedingt!! Paket war auch nicht beschädigt.”
