“Wow is all I can say ……. I was stressed as my time frame was at a minimum I needed to get away then realized I’d ordered from the UK but the guys told me what the turn round was going to be to Australia and it was spot on ……… I couldn’t believe it well done top quality super happy”

“Tuve varios contactos por Mail para coordinar los productos y el embalaje los cuales respondieron súper rápido y muy atentos. Compré un vidrio con envío a Argentina y me llegó muy bien embalado y en 1 semana ya lo tenía en mi casa. Recomiendo y volveré a comprar.”

“Orded parts 3 days later sent an email to say 1item was missing ,they didnt respond to emails I asked to cancel order no reply .so i orded from brickwerks arrived no problem ,in the meantime my incomplete order arrived I messaged to cancel my missing item no reply . I requested a refund through PayPal sent some of the emails to prove bad treatment they repaid me in 2hrs . Then 3 days later the cancelled parts arrived the moral of the story is check brickwerks first”

“Ordered parts but only half of them arrived. You can’t get hold of VW heritage sales department on the phone it has to be with a chat bot via email. Half the time it doesn’t reply. The missing parts was DHL commerce issue but would have liked a better response from VW heritage. I’m still waiting to hear if I’ll get a refund or the parts I ordered sent out to me. Disappointed as used them in the past and had been good just poor customer support.”
