Compré unas molduras de aluminio para la parte baja de un golf MK1 y la experiencia no ha sido muy positiva. Llegaron muy dobladas y dejar recto el aluminio no es nada fácil

Tempi di consegna previsti inattesi, anche chiedendo al supporto clienti chiarimenti vengono fornite date disattese. "La merce è in arrivo nel magazzino in Germania domani" ... dopo 1 settimana "La merce deve arrivare". ... senza ulteriori chiarimenti. Peccato perché il catalogo è estremamente vaso ed i prezzi buoni, ma inaffidabile la gestione della spedizione .

Didn't understand how to wire it to my starter but then very frustrated unable to phone to speak to anyone as all on line now and the bloomin chat system useless Every thing now on line...No Human Contact! Rod

Først you can do a lot better, by ansering my quetian whits you havvent done, Thatcher whould have help me a lot, but i found a solution to me problem.

It took a month to receive two small things 10gramms each one from th UK to Greece I think is too much time. isn't?

Paid for a before 12pm nextday delivery. Needed it due to delivery time. Got an 1630 slot which was no good. Emailed heritage. Can't ever find a reply. Had to drive to next county to pick it up from a delivery depot the day after that. Otherwise it wouldn't get sent out for couple of days. Asked the delivery company what had been paid for it was before 12pm option. Not the first time this has happened. But where else do you buy from.

Left off my order and couldn’t contact anyone by phone! Sent many emails and messages before it was resolved. Wheel trims are ok but certainly not a perfect fit

Exhaust turned up dented from poor packaging was unable to contact by phone very poor customer service unfortunately wont be using heritage again

Sono spiacente di sentire questa notizia, ma ricordate che permettiamo ai clienti di ordinare i pezzi che non sono disponibili in magazzino e ve li inviamo quando vengono riforniti. La pagina del prodotto indica se l'articolo è disponibile o meno e l'e-mail di conferma dell'ordine indica le parti dell'ordine da seguire e la data stimata in cui saremo in grado di fornirle.

Leider nur sehr minderwertige Klokkerholm-Bleche, für den Preis hätte ich bessere Qualität und Passgenauigkeit erwartet. Die Versand war schnell und problemlos.

El tiempo en servir 60 días, es excesivo.Los dos últimos pedidos erróneos. Pedidos kit retenes rueda trasera escarabajo. El retén no es el suyo. El segundo pedido la goma pequeña no es la suya.
