As an old customer, I wasn't impressed with your shop being closed, I'm not a fan of click and collect. And even less pleased with the £9 postage to send the ignition leads 17 miles to lewes! Otherwise the part was what I needed and was reasonably priced.

Hi Sam Sorry to hear this. I am also sorry that our shop outlet has closed, after lockdown we were simply not having enough customers needing a retail outlet to justify it. Retail habits changed massively after covid and we had to make a hard decision to stop providing the service due to customer feedback and a change in shopping habits. Postal/courier costs are also under constant review, but as you are fairly local it might be worth you selecting click and collect on your next order, this service is still functioning.

Dont like the fact that you cannot talk to someone. This led to you person advising me to order a wrong part for my car.

Leider ist die Verarbeitung nicht so akkurat wie ich mir das für den Preis vorgestellt habe. Die Ausschnitte für das Gaspedal sind 2 cm zu weit links. Die Formung auf der linken Seite am fussraum ist krumm und schief.

the accelerator cables for a VW camper are like coat hanger wires, I would expect them to shrink and expand in the heat and would not recommend them. I would expect the correct cable to be twisted core - but who knows - I might be wrong - in the bin.

Indicator mechanism was missing a spring and was stiff to operate. I should have returned it, but was desperate. Poor quality repo.

Bought an alternator kit for my vw. the alternator from Bosch is OK, but the bracket that comes with wath not straight, as when you put the alternator on it, you have 2mm differences of height from one side of the alternator shaft to the other !!! So if you put the bracket and the alternator as is on the engine, your belt will not be straight !!! I had to machine the bracket, and put some 2,5mm spacer to get the correct height for the alternator shaft, after putting it horizontally!!

Ordered back in April for rubber seals for Beetle windows and chrome trim.Due to non-availability had to cancel order and reorder parts at the recommendation of Heritage. And at extra cost! Now middle of June and although some items have been delivered two items are still outstanding with one item with no date for delivery Overall not happy with Heritage at all. John Davies

The delivery arrived wrong it was labelled right hand thread on box but was a left hand thread which left me very short time to sort out another one because heritage had no stock.

The panel itself was good I was happy with the shape etc felt it was good value. Heritage were a disaster of a company I've bought three orders off them and two of them were over a week late there's no way to contact them they send you an automated email which just ends up wasting another day of your time I will not be using them again very very disappointing service from a big company

I can see that your order was dispatched 2 working days after placing it. This was due to a backlog resulting from the then recent public holidays, I am sorry. I also looked at your previous orders and would like to remind you that next day orders placed after the cut off time are treated as being ordered the following working day. Well, we have a hard time getting parts for our 1970 1200cc engine Volkswagen. We are still waiting for a manifold. It sometimes takes 3 weeks to get parts. It's our only car. You advertise California Style VW. Good luck to anyone who tries to get parts to change the look of their car. If we had a faster shipping company and one with more inventory we would be using them. You are our only option.

I can see that your order was sent out within 3 days of purchase and my colleagues replied to you within 24 hours of purchase to give you tracking information. There was a 24 hour delay with our couriers picking up items on that day, we do apologize.
