“My name is Tom and the parts I recently ordered were for my friend Denis who historically has always done business with you by telephone. As he is not online and you no longer seem to offer a telephone service he asked me order on his behalf. The ordering process itself was fairly straightforward after we had negotiated the myriad of options, (probably due to VW's fault rather than yours). I swiftly received an email advising 1 item was not available and offering me a refund, which I accepted. His local VW dealer obtained the part (thermostat cover) in 3 days, although at a slightly higher cost. His address and telephone number are on file should further discussion be necessary.”

“I have a problem with the indicator I brought from you, firstly the alignment holes are out of line. Secondly when using the head light flasher the horn sounds and thirdly the arm will not push forward to engage the main beam. Would you like me to return it to you for examination?”

“Panel was perfect was told that you never had a cargo door for my split for 8 weeks so I ordered elsewhere only to get an email to say you had them back in stock in a couple of weeks so a little disappointed”

“Not as good as it was, having a front shop meant you would impulse buy, your online catalogue is absolutely infuriating! Very difficult to find what you want difficult to narrow down your search without being returned to the beginning. Very sad”
