“Like most companies, they are present with strengths and weaknesses. My relationship with Heritage will survive minor set backs and they will continue to take my money and serve my needs without great concern over me as an individual. They have stock and access to parts that others simple do not, so for this reason they will continue to be on my list. Thus said the companies ethis over quantity versus quality arguments have all been resolved. Prices are fair on the majority of lines. Technical and customer support are approachable and response times are reasonable but not invested which again follows a calculated approach.”

“Workpoint: shipping date on the website isn't reliable After a few emails my order came in faster then first email said. They were helpful to get my order faster to me then the second shipping date they send.”

“Dip stick was not for my 2 litre golf just did not fit as it did not have enough bend to check oil. Would recommend but at this time they didn't give what I had asked for.”

“I had some issues with my order. The service team did an outstanding job answering my questions and helping with the issues. Delivery time and availability where not so great. Quality of the parts seems to be very good. I will probably order again.”

“The item purchased (VW subframe) was ideal and fitted well ... my only comment would be that I had no notification of delivery and was not around when the driver placed the 44 kg item on the driveway”
