“Great quality and good prices. Quick delivery and good service. The only negative I would say is that you used to be able to chat direclty to staff with any enquiries, now it's all online/via email only which really isn't ideal. We had questions about a particular product that, speaking to somebody in person, woud have been resolved in 10 minutes maximum. Instead, it was a lot of to-ing and fro-ing, checking emails and replying etc. and ended up taking 2 days extra to actually place the order. The customer service itself is, and always has been, excellent, but taking away the facility to speak to somebody really does let down the company and experience overall.”

“For Classic car parts that are hard to find or discontinued from the dealership can be found in their website and they do price matching. Once you place an order it will take around 2-3 days to get a notice from DHL the delivery time & updates where your parcel locations. My 1st order it took around 5 days but the last order recently it took only 2 days delivery time from UK to USA,”

“Very quick delivery. However they could have been more helpful when I sent an enquiry about a bracket I bought. I had bought the wrong one but they didn’t tell which one I should have bought or how it is fitted.”

“Easy to use site to find what I needed to get my bus working, well, let's say stopping, again. I do like that you can search by vehicle and year, mine's a 1963 splitty and there are differences over the years. It would be nice to be able to call and speak to someone on the phone rather than having to email. Responses aren't that quick.”

“Have used Heritage for about 12 years. We have only had 1302s's or 1303s' in our family.......parts for Super Beetles have always been poorly supported in the aftermarket with many retailers knowing very little about the later models.This is getting better nowdays.....but...try finding a 1303 windscreen washer control valve on this site...I've tried..given up...I know they are rare and new production runs limited, I've just had e-mail from supplier in Europe they have a new batch just coming in...Heritage should be on the ball on parts like this..did'nt take me long to track them down.”
