“Me llegó el paquete (en su “tiempo”) con defectos que he tenido que subsanar yo debido al tiempo de respuesta y tener que montarlo (un escape con las puntas dobladas y bolladas del transporte), pero hablando con ellos hemos llegado a un entendimiento y acuerdo y se ha solucionado el tema…asumen el error y son efectivos al respecto. No dudeis hablarle con cualquier problema…la empresa de transporte por otro lado nefasta.”

“Love the business and what it stocks BUT... I don't like the new look stand at the Volksworld show in Esher. The stand looks too sterile and should go back to the older days where parts were brought OR at least have a display stand on various parts that can be referred otherwise the stand is too boring at that show ...especially compared to some others.”

“Very strange your customer survey ask a how I communicated with Heritage and includes “telephone” as an answer???? Would recommend you back telephone support to actually be able to provide customer service!”
