Hi Peter, we received an email from you on Tuesday asking about your order, which we replied to within 2 minutes. We had also emailed you previously in June after the order was placed, to warn you about the long lead time on the item in your order. Perhaps the emails are in your junk folder?

Hi Lars, please reach out to our customer service team who can advise you via help@heritagepartscentre.com. Usually the issue with discount codes is because the customer has checked out as a guest rather than logging into the website. Discount codes will only work when you are logged in.

“Really good service, parts dispatched and arrived in good time. Unfortunately I'm in Australia and with the order over S1100 I coped a further $325 bill from dhl for their fees and aud taxs. More than I had expected, and will check for next time.”

Hi Gerard, sorry to hear of your frustrations here. I am also sorry to contradict, but we did reply to all your messages. I will just reiterate that the delivery terms of next day deliveries are very clearly stated on the website and order confirmation - it is a next working day service, orders places after the Thursday cut off time will be delivered the following working day.
