“All was good fast delivery part fitted perfectly ancillary items that came with part had me sratching my head a bit.but it was not a problem I sorted it out .I recommend heritage for parts and will use them instead of the dealer where I can.”

Hi Joachim, sorry about your experience. We do notify customers on our US site that customs import handling fees and levies are due on arrival to the country and the customer is liable for them.

Hi Shaun, sorry to see that there was a stock error on your order. I can see that our team got back to you on every message within 24 hours, most of them within 2-3 hours, and got a replacement out to you. We do operate UK business hours so can't unfortunately respond to messages out of these hours as speedily.
