Ordered both window trims one side was great quality but other side was horrendous return the poor quality one at a cost of £11.00 was told another one of better quality would be shipped but after a week I contacted heritage and I was told that no one had taken my order and that they didn’t have any in stock.

After ten days I still have not received my refund or any update on it. Even after spending multiple emails. would not recommend or use again.

VERY DISSAPOINTED. Very poor NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE Product was found to be very poor quality. Bonnet was slighted dented around centre and rear edge. Two protrusions in area of hinge mounting bolt holes. Due to aforementioned damage I will not be using the bonnet!! Whilst I appreciate this is not a genuine VW panel I would have expected higher quality goods from you. Only reason product not returned is the fact that I have been working away from home and not been practical to arrange courier. Sent from Windows Mail

NO WAY OF LIVE CONTACT AFTER 1PM PHONE LINES SHUT AFTER 1PM SO IF YOU ORDER AND MAKE A MISTAKE LIKE I DID YOU ARE FUKED. STUPID COMPANY COST ME A DAY BECAUSE I WAS UNABLE TO AMEND MY ORDER. HAD TO WAIT TILL THE NXT DAY TO PHONE UP FOR A SEPARATE ORDER TO BE SHIPPED OUT... RIDICULOUS WAY TO RUN A BUSINESS. WONT USE THEM AGAIN. GO TO JUSTKAMPERS WAY BETTER SERVICE.

AS MENTIOND BEFORE , I WAS EXTEAMLY HAPPY WITH THE WINDOW SCRAPERS . THE QUALITY WAS SUPURB FAR MORE THAN I EXPEXTED . UNFORTUNATLY AT THE EXCHANG RATE , IT WASNT " CHEAP " GRAT SERVICE . THANK YOU MARK BRENNAN

Very long delivery time from order. Poorly packaged carboard box open and damaged. No delivery documents hopefully the product are correct

I have ordered some parts on the November 10/2021 and got only one part of my order. initial order: Your Order #WEBXU101121000026454 I only got half of my order and still waiting for: #WEBXU101121000021519 for Order #WEBXU101121000026454. I have also sent 2 emails, one to support and one to info and I only got the received acknowledge email. Please inform me when shall I receive my order.
