My order is not delivered till now . No tracking has been provided for my order . Really disappointed with the whole experience

Hi Philip, I can see that you have been dealing with our customer service team and it looks like the first delivery was lost by the couriers. None of the parts fit properly and they took over 3 weeks to arrive. Won’t be buying from here again.

Disappointed with the service, still no update on part ordered and payed for in November, can't even get someone on the phone as they have stopped that too. My project is on hold waiting for this part which i could have got sooner from another supplier but was told this part was in transit early December. Annoyed to say the least.

Ich warte seid mehreren Wochen auf die ABE der ssp felgen . Nach etlichen Emails. Keine Regung und bis heute nicht erhalten! I am still waiting Till weeks for my ABE i have shipped. I wrote more Emails. Till today no abe !

You took my order and money before you actually had the part in stock and when I enquired where was my order, only then did you inform me it might be another month or so. I don't think this is good practice.

Hi Peter I am sorry to hear of your dissatisfaction, do please bear in mind that we deal with lots of parts for classic vehicles that are hard to source and we run out of stock sometimes. The website states if an item is in stock or not on ordering and our order email confirmation system also does this.

The item advertised was what I wanted. The item sent was completely different to that which I was expecting. I was then told by the online customer support ( you can no-longer speak to a person) that the listing may have been misleading. No offer of a replacement. Just the feeling that I was wrong for having believed the photographs. I now have to return the part for a refund and source the correct parts elsewhere. No at all happy.

I can see that my customer service colleagues mentioned to you the item you ordered was a special order item that we order direct from manufacturers and these items take a little longer. We are always working to try and better our service with these types of items and suppliers, I am sorry we didn't meet your expectations on this occasion.
