“I was attempting to order a handful of parts and had a few questions on some part numbers. After emailing back and forth I was told to buy the parts on eBay and that was that. Sad customer experience”

“This is the second request for a rating. So, I have to rate you lower than the last request. The freight quote was off the planet, way too expensive to be considered. I have since purchased from another supplier, similar price, and freight cost 10% of Heritage.”

“I was told I was getting a refund in 7 to 10 days. Have not got the refund. Then I’m finding out I’m only getting a partial refund. Which is not including the shipping. Even though the part came defective. I lost on this one.”
