After Buying this O/S/F wing (Not Genuine) I expected it to be not as good quality as a genuine one. But it turned up looking like it was dragged across the floor and the finish of this was terrible. Not even close to fitting correctly, I contacted heritage parts and notified them of the issues i had with the wing that was supplied. I Was told unless it was damaged they will not refund me. Anyway, it is what it is but will not use heritage parts again for this reason.

Hi There Sorry you are not happy with the item, we do our best to describe the quality and fit of parts honestly however some repro parts are not as good as the original and will require more work to fit. We will refund any item unused and returned to us in a resaleable condition.

They sold me a blank key advertised for my 1962 Karmann Ghia and it wasn’t the right key.

Very poor 1. Two orders were made, both incomplete delivered. 2. No follow-up or explanation with future delivery dates provided unless follow-up by customer made. 3. Told parts out of stock, but still showing as in stock on your website. 4. Expensive delivery charges. Higher than competitors. 5. Excessive packaging for delivery.

We are aware now that there is some confusion with the stock display between our UK and EU warehouse on the website. Our IT team are working to fix this as a matter of urgency. Unfortunately, delivery costs have increased due to rising fuel prices. We package orders to ensure safe delivery of the parts

Hi David Apologies for the delay, I can see your item was shipped by us on 6th June but was only delivered to you today. We will investigate with DHL why this took so long but this is not the norm.

Hi Flo I can see there were 2 items outstanding, one was sent yesterday and one should be shipped this week. Apologies for the delay we have had some slow deliveries from our suppliers

Whatever selection of parts, large or small, some degree of customer service is required. Communication was simply nonexistent.

I ordered a dipstick online not realising it wasn’t in stock so I placed it on back order. Over a month went by then I was told my order was in stock and shipped, another month went by I still have no order and the tracking details don’t work. Not the best service from the guys, I’m still waiting for my part.

Twice I received envelopes in which has been missing parts. It just stupidly just throwing sharp parts in an envelope that can rip through paper. Poor

Ordered a handle that said it was in stock made up the order with a small rubber bung that didn’t fit anyway paid I think £9 for shipping had a confirmation email saying both parts had shipped only to receive the rubber bung tried to get through on the phone got cut off after sitting on there for ten minutes rung back to be second in the queue for nearly an hour to find there was no handle and didn’t know when it was going to be in stock again ended up with a refund for the handle and paying £9 odd to ship a rubber bung not so happy

Terrible experience . I paid for next day delivery , it never turned up and I had to stand my welder down . 4-5 days of waiting I cancelled my order only to be told I have to wait for a refund which I hope will be postage as well . And I still haven’t received my refund at this time , I shall not be shopping with you again as I feel I have be treated very badly .

Horrible experience. Customer service useless. Made order, paid for it more than 2 weeks ago. Never get what I paid. Contacted them and never hear back. Hopefully paypal return my money. Would not buy again from this website.

Needed parts urgently paid for express delivery but items were never dispatched. Very difficult to get hold of anyone by phone to query. Non delivery cost me a missed ferry and a stressful end to my holiday.
