Having purchased a Fiamma 45S awning I was pleased it came in time having paid for next day delivery. However on fitting I noticed when I wound out the awning there was damage to one of the arms. I could not have seen this before install as it was wound up. I immediately notified Max Horley in ‘customer services’ who offered £50 discount which I felt wasn’t enough, then said he could get a new arm sent. I still felt this wasn’t good enough having to install myself but when I agreed he then stoped replying and haven’t heard since! Appalling service for the supply of an expensive awning!

Awful experience. I ordered brake calipers which had the exact part number but had a different vehicle “code” which I was unaware of. Heritage would not refund the shipping costs which exceeded the value of the parts - so I am now stuck with $400 calipers that do not fit my vehicle. I will not shop with this retailer again.

I’ve ordered £££££,s of parts from heritage over the years and tried to rectify a mistake on an internet order at opening time, they wouldn’t help at all and all they had to do was include 3 extra clips at my expense. “Not possible” they said but we’re happy to send them out in another order plus £8 shipping. Your customer service to a long standing customer is shameful.your a rip off and I will never use you again. Cool air couldn’t of been more accommodating.

Hi Mark Sorry we were unable to accommodate your request unfortunately we are not able to add to orders once placed now due to changes in our processing system. It's really not a case that we don't want to its that we are not able to.

Had to pay $300 for shipping only to find out during shipment that I needed to pay an additional $44 for an import tax which was never disclosed before purchasing. Emailed customer service about this and their response was simply, too bad, you have to pay it and if it comes back to us you won't be refunded. I also asked where I had agreed to pay an additional cost for shipping and received no further replies. So I see no reason to buy anything else from Heritage Parts.

Hi There Sorry if were disappointed with your item. Sadly sometimes items for older vehicles are not of perfect quality but we aim to describe everything we sell honestly. This part has the following text in the fitting info field on our website. 'This part is a reproduction part. We have noted that one of the inner wing mounts may be welded incorrectly. Due to this some cutting and re-welding may be required to fit this item'

Hi There Sorry your order took longer than expected. The item was out of stock when you ordered and was dispatched as soon as we received it. Delivery to France from our german warehouse took 3 days.

Badly, only one part shipped to me, the other part sent to a garage apparently. Then exactly the same missing part was sent to me, even though the price and part number was different

Charge to much for a light weight plastic bit that cost no more than a 1st class stamp and took forever turning up so could not drive my only vehicle to work .poor show all round

Hi There Sorry you were not happy with the delivery cost for your item. We don't have a minimum order value but we have a minimum postage charge to cover the processing and packing cost of small orders. Our system and tracking shows your order was placed on 11th and delivered on 13th if this is not the case please dont hesitate to get in touch.

Parts arrived poorly packaged. Parts are different in design LH to RH as one part is incorrectly labelled. Different thickness, design quality and fitment. A return request was initiated along with photos to describe problems. This has been dismissed even though valid and a poor ‘deal’ has been offered with a currency not even used in the transaction!. So 3 weeks on parts are still here. My money has been wasted and I am very unhappy!

What has gone wrong why can you not speak to anybody on the telephone anymore to sort your part out what is the world coming to with all this Internet rubbish that is okay if you understand computers cannot beat the old fashion way ring up talk to somebody sort out what you want I will not be ordering from VW Heritage again unless they sort themselves out and go back to the telephone

Bought an vw beetle survisor, Awful, Do not buy!- Sharp burr edges, visor looks like it's been moulded by a claw hammer- it will be sent back for refund, scratches brand new paint very very disappointed

What a waste of time I've waited 10months for a part and its been paid now they've just told me they have cancelled the order do not order from this heritage parts honestly there rubbish and will rip you off DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Hi Ian Unfortunately the relay you ordered is out of production and we can't get a delivery date from our supplier. You were not charged for your order and due to changes to the card payment regulations we have had no choice but to cancel older orders and ask that customers re-order or use the 'notify me' function on our website for items with unconfirmed lead times. Sorry for any inconvenience.

No customer service. No customer service. No customer service. Ask Brett Carver for my email trail and the lack of any staff member to dispatch the items left out of my order and daily emails after a week from Brett Carver that continued to tell me they're being dispatched and I'll get an email letting me know, and after nearly 2 weeks now, no notice of dispatch and just the daily lies of Brett Carver. Usually good speedy service, but when theres an issue with my order, NO ONE wants to solve it and practice good customer service. Sure my last emails started to have some language, but the lack of any help tends to do that to a person.

Paid extra for a quick delivery and wish I hadn't as I didn't get the items until 4 days later because ordered after a cut off time or something like that...when asked if I could cancel and order again without the extra charge was told it was not possible because the carrier already had the items, the carrier was claiming at the same time that they hadn't received the items yet...overall very badly handled and not helpful at all, "we have your money now and don't care" attitude.Just a suggestion (other reputable companies do that)-prompt your customers wishing to pay extra for a quicker delivery with a little message that the items won't arrive until whenever when ordering after a certain time-ideally at the time of placing an order,nobody wants to read 28 pages of terms and conditions when ordering a part for the car👍🏻 we will definitely not be returning to shop here
