Have used Heritage many times but as soon as there is an issue the resolution is appalling - still waiting after 3 weeks

I ordered a dipstick online not realising it wasn’t in stock so I placed it on back order. Over a month went by then I was told my order was in stock and shipped, another month went by I still have no order and the tracking details don’t work. Not the best service from the guys, I’m still waiting for my part.

Twice I received envelopes in which has been missing parts. It just stupidly just throwing sharp parts in an envelope that can rip through paper. Poor

Ordered a handle that said it was in stock made up the order with a small rubber bung that didn’t fit anyway paid I think £9 for shipping had a confirmation email saying both parts had shipped only to receive the rubber bung tried to get through on the phone got cut off after sitting on there for ten minutes rung back to be second in the queue for nearly an hour to find there was no handle and didn’t know when it was going to be in stock again ended up with a refund for the handle and paying £9 odd to ship a rubber bung not so happy

Terrible experience . I paid for next day delivery , it never turned up and I had to stand my welder down . 4-5 days of waiting I cancelled my order only to be told I have to wait for a refund which I hope will be postage as well . And I still haven’t received my refund at this time , I shall not be shopping with you again as I feel I have be treated very badly .

Horrible experience. Customer service useless. Made order, paid for it more than 2 weeks ago. Never get what I paid. Contacted them and never hear back. Hopefully paypal return my money. Would not buy again from this website.

Needed parts urgently paid for express delivery but items were never dispatched. Very difficult to get hold of anyone by phone to query. Non delivery cost me a missed ferry and a stressful end to my holiday.

Awful service, still waiting for parts paid for on 5th February. Repeated false premises of delivery and still nothing has arrived !!!

Ni Nathan Apologies we didn't meet your expectations, I can see we have had some issues with the supply of the part you ordered in Feb. Please be assured we do our best to give accurate due dates but sadly sometimes things don't go as expected. Apologies again.

Haven’t received my doorcard set, I did pay for it months ago. No response in support! Poor service ! I do not know if I ever get my money back or if I receive my doorcard set? Please reconsider when buying your parts here!

Hi Samuel The parts are now in stock now you should have recieved an email from us on 14 April asking if you still want them as it was a bit late, they can end up in your junk so appologies for that. I will arrange to get these shipped asap.

Hello Heritage,I am very disappointed with the key you sent, it is not the right size for my 1976 vw campervan as it is too short in length. Do you have the right size key and then I can return this one to you. Its very annoying especially with the cost of postage you charged me..Declan Daly

I live in Finland and ordered parts to my family home in the UK to pickup when I visited them. A month passed before the trip and still no delivery. I phoned up the call centre and was told they would call me back. They never did call back and the parts were delivered the day after we left.

Took 2 weeks to refund, Paul said he had received the item on the 9th, 11 days later I messaged again and he said he hadn’t received the item yet. Comedy company run by clowns. Won’t be using them again.
