Great to receive a review request BEFORE I ACTUALLY RECEIVED MY DELIVERY . The cost for delivery was absolutely ridiculous. The part is tiny and it took forever to leave the factory. The website is deceiving making you think it actually is an Australian company then with further research advertising it delivers faster than Australian companies. Waiting 9 weeks now for delivery at the highest cost. NEVER AGAIN. If this part arrives I’ll faint!

Absurd. "Import duty" (gotta love the and/or.. wow) amounted to $23! more than the price of the part! Absolutely ridicuIous. No other auto parts supplier I use does this, and I use many in the US. The service was very very poor customer service advisor who was email me was also no help to resolve the issue 0 out of 10 I have already told Royal mail that between the two of you I just really hope that I don't need to use your services again.

The seals I received are of pretty random and uneven heights. Practically, this may possibly make little difference - I haven't dismantled the original filler pipe to check them against the originals, but the variance in manufacturing isn't exactly an encouraging sign. More importantly, I've tried to query this with Heritage three times - once by the contact form on the Heritage website and twice by email - all some time ago, and have received no response. In contrast to all other specialist VW parts suppliers, Heritage provide no support phone number, and seemingly ignore customer correspondence! What kind of approach to customer service is this? - It really is absolutely ludicrous. As such, the rating is for the complete lack of support as much as for the questionable seals.

I ordered this for a Christmas present 5 weeks ago as the lead time said 4 weeks. I emailed an enquiry and was advised it’s a 4-5 week lead time. Lies from somebody? Looks like some one isn’t getting a present this year. Very poor service 👎🏻

I ordered the stainless steel trim expecting it to be the best quality available. However when it finally arrived after being on back order it was scratched at one end. Annoyingly Heritage have removed the phone numbers from their website meaning that you can now only make contact via email. I eventually got a return authorisation and had to take the package to a DPD collection point. Heritage wouldn't send a replacement until the faulty item had been received back at their warehouse so a further delay. I then received a replacement which had obviously not been inspected prior to shipment as it too was damaged at one end being dented! So again I needed to repackage it and take it to a local collection point. I have been offered no compensatory discounts or offers of a guaranteed good quality trim. Amazingly bad and insensitive customer service from a company that I previously used extensively and had great respect for. Whats happened to Heritage???????

Have not received this product. This was sent in a separate shipment ( Tracking Number LE155208921DE) along with the article below (rubber bellow) due to the sill cover set being out of stock.
