I have been waiting for a replacement gear shifter for 6 months. During this period I was informed by several members of staff I would be notified when this part was back in stock....unfortunately this was not the case. My friend was looking for some parts for his car and noticed the part in question was back in stock and quickly informed me. Whilst I appreciate the current climate is challenging for many businesses it's not too much to ask to get contacted when appropriate. Since my two emails (I did receive one reply initially but the gent in question misunderstood my request) this afternoon and attempted phone call (they are not taking calls at the moment) I have yet to receive confirmation that my concerns will be addressed as a matter of urgency due to the length of time I have been waiting for this part. The website is now showing there is only one of these items left in stock and now I am concerned I will end up having to wait a further 6 months for my part. I would be greatful to receive some re-assurance from a manager informing me my isse will be resolved as a priority.

I never received my order. There was no email that my order had been shipped. My account shows that payment had been received. I sent an email to cancel my order and refund my money; no response. If you’re going to blame Covid, then stop advertising, until you can fill an order. Don’t buy from this seller.

I have waited weeks and weeks and I have still not received my order, no explanation, just constant asking for reviews. Terrible service! I want my parts now or my money back.

Placed and paid for order a month ago and have received nothing. Not even a message to say the part is on its way. Don't bother with these clowns. Next they'll be selling you bits for the T7 which hasn't even been made. Poor show guys

Been using Heritage for around 13 years, sadly the quality and fit of their aftermarket parts have got worse year by year. I now only use them when everyone else is sold out or do not stock.

I purchased lenses for a 1987 Volkswagon Cabriolet, included VIN however there is a difference between US Models and European Models. I did contact them regarding the issue and we could not get the issue resolved. I was not offered a refund for the purchased item but did discuss changing the lense holders as well. This would only lead to the possibility they may fit the US model I have.

Ordered parts with express next day delivery for £9 and the part took over 5 days to arrive. When emailed in to ask for my money back for the delivery , I never received an email back , I was just ignored. Terrible service

Hi. I was sent the wrong parts. This was your mistake. When I informed your staff he promised to email me the info to return the items. I recived no email I called again this time the operator Was impolite & unprofessional I will try again hopefully it's third time lucky Regards Austen

Really poor after sales services. Long delay in replying to e-mails, open telephone hours unnecessarily limited and onerous processes for returning both faulty products or incorrectly shipped products.

The twin headlight eyebrow spoiler looks like someone has made it in their shed. rough fibreglass finish on the underside, pin holed bad gel coat finish on the show side. Inexplicable bumps moulded into the top that the bonnet hits every time you close it which will remove paint. Really poor part fit for scrap

Honestly an absolute joke. I have given them dozens of chances to put this right before I left feedback and still they cannot be bothered. I ordered an item worth over £300 on next day delivery. They missed the dispatch so it didn't arrive. I then called and they dispatched the following day - Arrived Friday damaged! Vehicle was booked into the workshop on Saturday so they said if I buy another they will put one on a Saturday delivery - Guess what - it didn't arrive on Saturday because they forgot to put it on a Saturday service! They then arranged for the damaged one to be collected and 4 weeks later after repeated promises of a refund, I am still chasing myself around in circles. Shocking service!!

Originally told that chrome Horn Push was on order and that there would be a delay.... Very little communication from Heritage Parts Centre. Many email sent, with minimal response, still waiting for part some 2 months!! Really gutted as they were recommended _ I trust that I will now get help after making regrettable feedback that could have been avoided with more feedback.
