Disappointing. My partner bought me four sprintstar wheels which should have come with free wheel nuts but did not. As they were for a Birthday gift I didn’t open till much later than when purchased so missed out on them.

Sorry, you didn't receive the wheel nuts at the time of ordering. We will get our Customer Services team to arrange the correct fittings to be sent out to you.

Purchased some items along with a bonnet gas strut kit. When delivered the kit was missing. Took 4 phone calls with an average of 10 minutes on hold for each one before answer to sort it out. They sent the wrong item out as a replacement and then in the end said they didn’t have the correct item in stock.

Thanks for taking the time to review. Apologies for the wait time you experienced on the phone, the summer months tend to be extremely busy. Sorry about the shortage on your order and the item subsequently then being out of stock. I can see a refund was processed shortly after the issue was discovered.

I still haven't received my parts over a month since I paid and also paid for delivery. Was told 14 day delivery, then 21 days delivery then I got told it the problem of the freight company. The tracking for the postal service gives no information and VW Heritage will not answer my emails now. My car is off the road still because I need the parts. Nobody seems to care

For the benefit of others reading our reviews, and further to our communication earlier this week, this parcel was with the Australian Postal Service 'sat waiting' although they hadn't informed you, but it has now been collected by yourself.

Disappointing 1st purchase. Incomplete order received and not informed of delayed back order. Told parts would be sent upon receipt but still waiting 2 weeks on. No reply to email or further communication.

I'm not sure what happened with your order as the one part that was on Back Order, would have shown as out of stock at the point of ordering. Sorry, if that didn't happen? I can see the Back Order item has now been sent and should arrive with you in Hong Kong from the UK shortly.

The T25 rear bumper strip arrived in a MASSIVE box the size of a bicycle box with no other packaging. As a consequence it was bent, no, folded in two. I called immediately and provided pictures on email and we are four days in with no resolution offered at all. Awful service.

I'm missing more than half my order. Online says items were dispatched, but I haven't received them. Emailed customer service and their auto-response says to allow up to nine working days (72 business hours at 8 hours per day) for a reply(!). Where's my stuff!?

Thanks for taking the time to review. It looks like your consignment is on its way to you in South Africa via Air Mail. On smaller consignments we tend to use Air Mail which is a non tracked service. The order should however be with you very shortly.

The throttle pedal bushes supplied are just as bad as the old bushes they replaced . The throttle pedal is just as wobbly , waist of money . Will have to get some custom made nylon or alloy bushes .

Ordered a part on next day delivery which was lost. They sent out next day for a replacement, which was a totally different part. Finally got my part 5 days later. They did however refund me

We're sorry there have been issues with your order - it was returned to us by the courier after they couldn't deliver it on 2 occasions. It will be re-shipped with the correct details, including your telephone number now attached.

Ordered two wings and two fitting kits for my mk2 golf, both wings damaged underneath the wrapping (damaged before packing) and both fitting kits missing from the order and still waiting on a reply after contacting you, very disappointed this time.

Very poor - sent me a part made by a different manufacturer with a different specification (ie had no fixing bracket) unlike the one in the photo that I had ordered When I complained the man said “ the pictures are “illustrative only “ Think that is ridiculous

Apologies for the problems experienced with the Relay. Products supplied may occasionally vary from pictures or brands shown on this website, but will always be of equal quality and value. Of course, If the relay isn't workable, we will happily have the item back for a full refund.
