Purchased front antirole bar bush kit for my T2 camper, decided to purchase the more expensive kit as I wanted best quality. After reading an old review left by another customer complaining about the bolt kit included in the bush kit, I stupidly carried on with the purchase thinking Heritage would have sorted the problem by now. How wrong I was!!! My kit came with the wrong bolts just as a previous customer had reported. Heritage happy to carry on selling duff parts and take the money. I would have been better paying half the cost and getting the part from my local GSF. Not Happy!

Whilst the store, service and prices are good, you really need to go back to using DHL. I’ve had 2 consignments from the UK using TNT and both took a crazy long time to get here. I.e. this order done on the 31st Oct has still not arrived, whereas DHL surely would have got it here within 4 or so days.

Hello , This is Yaacov from Israel. Thanks for your service I'm very satisfied However, Using DHL Carrier causes a lot of bureaucracy , till getting the orders , I had to pay extra 211.96 Taxes which is about &45 for no reason . Calling them on Telephone takes hours, I had the same problem using their service ordering from J.K.. I stopped ordering from J.K. for the same reason, I'll make one more order from you , If they act the same way , forget it. I'll be very thankfullif you can ship Intn'l first class mail instead. Thanks for taking the time to review. Unfortunately import taxes and alike are not something we at Heritage Parts Centre have control over, this is something that needs to be researched by the customer. As discussed previously with you, the consignment was over our weight limit to be able to despatch with Royal Mail, so was sent with an International courier. We do our best to obtain the cheapest possible shipping charges for our customers.

Hi, only half the order turned up. I had paid for express delivery because I needed to change my coolant but only half of it turned up so I couldn’t do the job when I needed to. The rest of it did turn up and the carriage was credited but I couldn’t do the job when I need to so it was very frustrating.

The product I received is not as described. I sent a message over a week ago to work out a resolution and got no response. I will be contacting my credit card company on Monday to initiate a charge back.

Website great and parts delivered fast. Disappointed that the engine undercover and fender liner are both not OEM original VW parts - fitment of both not great with bolt holes not lining up.

Thanks for taking the time to review. sadly we are unable to get both of those items you mentioned as Genuine parts any longer. Unfortunately some adaption may be needed to get them installed nicely. Apologies for the issues experienced.

2 x damaged front bumpers and the thrid not much better I’ll fitting very poor quality of brackets and the captive nuts popping off when they get the slightest look at a bolt Very disappointed even although I was offered 40 pounds of vouchers I now don’t have any trust in the parts I would want to get with them I feel like I have been mugged of 67 quid per bumper and have been robbed of 4 hours to try and fit the things

Thanks for taking the time to review. We have previously offered to have the items back for a refund and have always been very honest and transparent when describing the quality of these items on the website. If we could obtain Genuine Bumpers we would, but these are all that are available to us. We gave you the £40.00 vouchers to help compensate, sorry you are still disappointed with this.

Two things! Basically, I've used you before alot with no issues, until the day i.e last last thursday i was desperate for a pre 10.30 delivery so decided to call instead of placing an internet order. MASSIVE MISTAKE, guy called Ben! Rude and down right dismissive gezza! Wasn’t interested in listening and got angyry when he was not paying attention to me, then to top it all off the order went to an address I’ve never heard of? Again not paying attention. Desperate for the parts after receiving the email saying they they “couldn’t find my address” i rang saying i would meet the DPD man as i run a business local and have intercepted them before when a supply ballsed up! Only to be told that that wasn’t company policy! Not ture as i have done this before! Cost me gargae fee’s and a stress level that I wouldn’t wish on donald trump! Basically Ben needs sacking (or a damn good lesson in customer service/ politeness course) and the last thing is the “advice” from technical regarding another issue with 2110cc head gaskets! Wish inhad his name because again he has cost me garage fee’s for him ridiculous/ totally wrong advice Regards Jai

Thanks for taking the time to review. Unlike many companies, we don't have a minimum order value, just a minimum postage charge. It looks like you ordered one under bonnet clip totalling £0.67. This would have fallen in to our minimum postage of £3.29
