First order with Heritage parts...waited for delivery to Australia. Wrong part sent, nothing like what I ordered. Not at all happy...now I have to go through the process of contacting by email.

Unfortunately my last purchase was a disaster. Firstly all the items in my order #WEBX121018614957 were listed under tariff number 8708.99.90(1) and attracted a duty of 20% although some items should have been under tariff number 8708.99.05 (7). at 0%. The freight service from DHL was also disastrous.The parcel was shipped from London- Heathrow UK on March 9 2019 and arrived in Cape Town SA on March 10 2019. The parcel then lay at customs from 10 March 2019 till 20 March 2019. No call or email to advise me. Parcel was only clear after my intervention. Also I have been advised by one of my competitors to whom I introduced your company to receives a 20% discount from you, although I have been purchasing from you for far longer and also advised him to use your company. The company is Grand Slam. So No, I am very disappointed in the all the above. Peter Matthiae

HI, i have found the parts i purchase excellent. The problem is not with the parts but delivery. The delivery of parts from vw heritage is and continues to be very slow to the irish republic . I am still awaiting two weeks for a small part to come. In contrast items i have purchased out of frustration from just kampers is delivered within 3 days.

Thanks very much for the feedback. For larger orders we would use a courier, but for smaller items, we tend to use Air Mail to Ireland, this can sadly result in a slower delivery than you would normally receive if sent with a courier.

I was just told those Meyle ball joints lower have plastic cups and I can expect 9,000k's from them like the JP Group ball joints. I'm not happy learning this as one of my kombis still have the original ball joint on it and it's up around 450,000 kilometers.

These carry a 4 year unlimited mileage warranty, Meyle have every faith in the product, hence the extensive warranty

After mounting the delivered key-lock for the engine hood of my T2a Westfalia Bus and closing the hood, I could not reopen the hood anymore. I needed to hammer the woodruff keys out of the two upper hinges to reopen the hood. Obviously the hook of the lock does not open wide enough even if you completely press the button in. It resulted In a lot of additional work with finally reintegrating the old lock, which works fine but unfortunately cannot be key-locked.

Parts may be good but your postage options start from £3.95 which is a lot for an O ring to be posted which only needs a stamp

Thanks for taking the time to review. Our Postage rate of £3.95 currently stands for goods up to the value of £19.99 sent to UK Mainland Addresses. We do have a counter for collections, but depending on your location this may not be as economical as us sending.

Sorry, but a set should contain 4 pieces: "Baby Moon Edelstahl Radkappen Set für Fahrzeuge ab '68 > Bus t3 1980 91 1980-1992"....I only received 1 piece!

Purchased front antirole bar bush kit for my T2 camper, decided to purchase the more expensive kit as I wanted best quality. After reading an old review left by another customer complaining about the bolt kit included in the bush kit, I stupidly carried on with the purchase thinking Heritage would have sorted the problem by now. How wrong I was!!! My kit came with the wrong bolts just as a previous customer had reported. Heritage happy to carry on selling duff parts and take the money. I would have been better paying half the cost and getting the part from my local GSF. Not Happy!

Whilst the store, service and prices are good, you really need to go back to using DHL. I’ve had 2 consignments from the UK using TNT and both took a crazy long time to get here. I.e. this order done on the 31st Oct has still not arrived, whereas DHL surely would have got it here within 4 or so days.

Hello , This is Yaacov from Israel. Thanks for your service I'm very satisfied However, Using DHL Carrier causes a lot of bureaucracy , till getting the orders , I had to pay extra 211.96 Taxes which is about &45 for no reason . Calling them on Telephone takes hours, I had the same problem using their service ordering from J.K.. I stopped ordering from J.K. for the same reason, I'll make one more order from you , If they act the same way , forget it. I'll be very thankfullif you can ship Intn'l first class mail instead. Thanks for taking the time to review. Unfortunately import taxes and alike are not something we at Heritage Parts Centre have control over, this is something that needs to be researched by the customer. As discussed previously with you, the consignment was over our weight limit to be able to despatch with Royal Mail, so was sent with an International courier. We do our best to obtain the cheapest possible shipping charges for our customers.
