4 months waiting for TMI interior panels, You said 7 weeks to delivery (a product that was wrong in the catalog). I send emails requesting information and they do not respond, very bad customer support....

Sent an email requesting if you can supply some pistons on a JH 1.8 Golf 2. I have had no reply as yet. I even gave you the PT: It's been 2 weeks.

ordered 2 front wings and the near side is misshaped and doesn't fit correctly

Thanks for taking the time to review us. Sadly there can be slight differences between lefts and rights of these reproduction wings, this can become apparent when the items are dry fitted before they go to paint. If they are hugely out and are not workable, let us know and we can have them back for a refund. The reproduction wings have been priced fairly to take into account possible time to get them to fit correctly.

I asked a question on the live chat and it took well over 72hrs for a response. I would have placed an order and saved myself time and money but had to go elsewhere. It showed that someone was there too!

I'm sorry if there was a discrepancy with stock levels when you placed the order, it looks like our team emailed you to let you know the day after the order was received.

reason I give very poor is not the company service but the delivery company d.x that you use there delivery is as bad as can be found like delivery between 8 am and 6 pm who wants to be wating for that kind of company delivery its a laugh . I have been with just kampers for 20 years and more they deliver in a one hour window no problem with a txt from delivery van with name of driver and time of expect delivery so its off back to just kampers for me until you have sorted out a simple txt message on one hour delivery notice

Hello John Thanks for taking the time to review us. When goods are sent via the Courier DPD they do send a text with a two hour window showing when they will deliver. I'm sorry if that didn't happen this time. We can also send goods to a work address,so you don't have to take a day off to take delivery at your home address. Apologies again if there was a mix up this time round.

I ordered a part and paid the extra to have it delivered next day. The part arrived a day late. I had already booked the garage and had to cancel due to the late arrival. Very disappionting. The part was good the delivery poor.

Thanks for taking the time to review us. I'm afraid our couriers don't collect from us at the weekend and It looks like your order was placed on a Saturday, your order wouldn't have been processed or despatched until the workforce returned to work on the Monday. I can see delivery was made on the Tuesday. Sorry if you are disappointed with our service in this instance. Regards VWH

Very Poor levels of Customer Service. I have on a number of occasions sent email enquiries and never received a reply. I recently utilised the online chat facility and left waiting for 45 minutes without a connection, being informed to wait and a representative would be with me shortly. I did not have any contact with a representative and elected to leave a message…..No response from that also. The levels of customer service is very poor and I will not be making any further purchases from VW Heritage.

Apologies our customer service wasn't good when you tried to contact us. Our live chat facility runs from when we open at 9.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday. We will take your comments and act on them. I'm sorry you don't want to use VW Heritage again.

Ordered my panels waited at least 4 weeks with no contact then when I did ring I was told the panel I was waiting on and needed to pay for was in the day before! Not very good when I need to crack on with my project

I have always received good service from VW Heritage when purchasing. Records should show how much I have spent. Recently I sent email regarding alloys I purchased and a problem I am having with them. I have sent 2 emails an no reply has been sent to me. I am disappointed that VW Heritage only seem interested when it involves me providing payment details.

I placed my order on 11th May and have still not received any goods (today is 5th July) despite being charged for part of the order. I find this service appalling and would like to know when my order will arrive and how you intend to rectify this. I noticed that since I placed my order you sent me a 10% off email - perhaps you could take this off the order as a gesture of goodwill?

Hi Mr Hazzard, Thank you for your review. Sorry to hear about your experience. Unfortunately at the time of your order, not all the parts you ordered were in stock. As a result, we put the order on backorder so we could send out everything once it was all in stock and so you could make the most of our free delivery option without facing any additional postage charges for getting your order out. We always try to keep customers notified of delays to orders although at the end of the day we are reliant on the supplier and when we receive the parts from them. Unfortunately our 10% offer was for orders over £100 but as a gesture of good will, we will change your account to include a club discount for all future orders. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Hi Nigel, Thank you for your review. We apologise for the delay in getting your order out and the time scale involved. Unfortunately we are reliant on the supplier and getting the necessary parts in stock in this instance. We have now dispatched your order which left us via Royal Mail 1st Class on Friday 26th June and should arrive with you in the next few days. Please do let us know if you don't receive your order.

The right hand wing mirror is terrible it was broken after 10 minutes of fitting on motorway. Useless. Stop selling such low quality weve had 4 in 2 years.

Thanks for the review and apologies for the problems encountered. Sadly these T25 Mirrors are only available as reproduction parts as the Genuine version is now obsolete. We do our best to find the best alternative available to us, these will however carry a standard one year warranty.

my item did not arrive, I emailed and was told "it's arrived and has friday and on it's way to me"! but it arrived with all the paperwork dated monday!! It was not the truth

Our sales team always try to provide the most accurate information at the time of contact however we do sometimes experience delays in the warehouse that can cause the dispatch of an order to be delayed. We are always working to try and dispatch orders within the quickest time-scale possible as we understand how crucial parts can be for a project or everyday vehicle.

Ordered a pair chrome light headlight rims and paid. Waited a week they didnt arrive. No contact at all. Rang to see where they were and was told you only had 1 in stock and you wouldnt be getting any more in for a month. Guy on phone couldnt care less.

Sorry if we fell short in this instance. Looks like the filler cap is now in stock and your order will be on its way to you this week. Initially you should have had an option on the website for us to send what we have in stock or send the whole order when you originally placed the order. If that was not the case, please let us know so we can look into that.

ordered T2 ball joint boots, recieved T1 ones with T1 part number. When phoned was disputed that they were the same part!!! Correct ones were said to be out of stock. sent back via number supplied. Refunded after deduction for the expedited postage that I paid so £4.17 out of pocket. order 46557 WEB270315349641-E 27/03/15 Jane Bundy
