“Got a few parts from Heritage and I had 0 issues. they packaged my items extremely well, shipping cost to the USA was very fair and very quick to respond with any enquiries.”

“Me llegó el paquete (en su “tiempo”) con defectos que he tenido que subsanar yo debido al tiempo de respuesta y tener que montarlo (un escape con las puntas dobladas y bolladas del transporte), pero hablando con ellos hemos llegado a un entendimiento y acuerdo y se ha solucionado el tema…asumen el error y son efectivos al respecto. No dudeis hablarle con cualquier problema…la empresa de transporte por otro lado nefasta.”

“Ich habe eine Unterdruckdose für einen Bosch Zündverteiler bestellt. Die Nummer meines Verteilers war als passend in der Beschreibung der Unterdruckdose angegeben. Allerdings ist das Funktionsprinzip der mir geschickten Unterdruckdose (ohne Rückstellfeder) ein anderes als bei meinem defekten Teil. Daher ging die Bestellung zurück. Wäre gut, wenn Artikel genauer beschrieben werden und angegebene Bosch Teilenummern noch einmal auf Passung überprüft werden würden.”

“Since they closed their shop and only contact is by email it's an absolute rubbish outfit in my opinion and many others too. You're better off ordering from autodoc in Germany.”

Hi there, the decision to close the shop was a hard one, but taken due to lack of demand post-covid. Also the decision to be online only was a result of customer feedback on telephone waiting times, and we've found our team get to more customers faster via email. Most competitors, Autodoc included, offer online only assistance.

Hi Ron, our Customer Service team are online 9-5 Monday to Friday to deal with any enquiries. We found that customers get a better and faster service this way, rather than waiting in long telephone waiting queues.

“Navigating your on line shop is excellent, but I have few items that were out of stock. That’s ok I understand that , and the warehouse needs replenishing , I think a little update on how long to my outstanding parts will be ? Would not be unreasonable. Just a little suggestion 😀 Keep up the good work . Kind regards Paul”
