Ordered a specific battery clamp. Was then told it was on 'Back Order' delivery in a week, which was fair enough, as MOT due in week and a half. 4 days later clamp turns up, totally the wrong on. Telephone lines only open for a short duration, sent an email to be told their supplier had changed the specification......that is not my problem. They could have informed me when they received it before shipping it was wrong, but no sent it out anyway. Asked if they could send another which would suffice, but was told I would have to order that one, pay for it, and return the wrong one they sent for a refund. Too much faffing around. Nice to know they have not changed over the years, with incorrect parts sent, hoping you will just accept them. Not impressed.

leider kann ich keine Bewertung abgeben da mich das Paket nicht erreicht hat. Der angegebene Paketshop existiert nur als Paketschrank der die Paketnummer nicht akzeptiert hat. Teile nie angekommen

Leider enttäuschende Erfahrung. Laut Angabe sollte die Lieferung innerhalb von 1–2 Tagen erfolgen. Tatsächlich hat es jedoch 8 Tage gedauert, bis die Ware bei mir angekommen ist. Zudem war die Kommunikation wenig transparent – es gab zunächst keine Sendungsverfolgungsnummer und widersprüchliche Aussagen zum Versandzeitpunkt. Die Ware ist zwar angekommen, aber aufgrund der unzuverlässigen Lieferzeit und des mangelhaften Kundenservices kann ich den Shop nicht weiterempfehlen.

Just be aware of the quality issues of the EMPI carbs Herritage Parts provide and level of real world support of they offer, I recently purchased a kit (34ICT duals) for my rebuilt T1 1641 motor. Not only did they ship with 150 mains supposidly bolt on for 1300 to 1600cc (where a 1641cc on there website suggest 145s which are smallse so the are miss jetted), but the pump housing machining is substandard / miss drilled causing them to leak badly, also the brass vacum pipe pickup pipe pulled out of the housing when trying to remove the vacuum to distributor pipe (apparently its my job to push it back in??) To get any solution the only option offered is to removed and retun the entire kit leaving my car unusable. I will be avoidong EMPI products and Herritage where possible, not easy in the UK. Lesson learned - buy genuine, not chinese copies if you value your sanity. A V O I D Note 150 miles driven. What im going to do is buy a genuine Webber ICT 34 parts carb with a decently machined part and fix the problem.

I purchached a SSP steering wheel, hub, horn button kit along with several other parts for my Bay bus. I installed steering wheel and have about a half inch of clearance to factory turn switch lever. This is obviously a manufacturing mistake as your hand hits the turn switch while turning. I was told to send photos of the issue and did that. Then I was told I had to pay return shipping cost. THAT IS BAD BUSINESS as it was nothing that was installed wrong and is not drivable. I own a VW / PORSCHE repair shop in the USA and have 45 years experience with these cars. I would never do business with Heritage again for not correcting this issue. Hopefully no one else buys this same part as they will be disappointed in the result. BUYER BEWARE!!

Ordered at distance via the internet iCarsoft Porsche V3 OBD2 Diagnostic to fix a fault on the ECU for the CRR23 and Bose Amp. Plugged the unit in and it couldn’t see either item on the ECU. Raised a return through the Heritage process and they rejected the return as I had plugged the tool into the car… How would you know the tool isn’t fit for purpose if you do not plug it in…?

Hi Zac, sorry to hear this. We cannot accept returns on used items, and we warn customers to check suitability before purchase for this reason. The product description states you must check suitability for your model before ordering, the product description says "Please note: Some functions may not be available on all years or models, and certain features may require manufacturer-specific access codes. Always confirm compatibility with your specific Porsche before use."
