“Der von mir bestellte Arzikel hatte mit den von ihnen gelieferten Artikel nichts gemeinsam. Ausser das beide Artikel aus Plastik sind. Ich habe den Artikel aus Enttäuschung und Wut in den Müll geworfen.”

“Schlechter Support Für eine Anfrage wurde über 4 Wochen rum gemacht, dabei habe ich bei der 1. E-Mail alle Fakten sauber mit aufgeführt Der Support antwortet zwar innerhalb 24 Stunden aber nach 3 Wochen immer noch keine Lösung Versteht stellenweise kein deutsch und antwortet oft in Englisch Schlechte Qualität Auf der Innenseite der Lautsprecherabdeckungen sind die Glasfasern zu sehen. Wenn man die Teile anfasst, lösen sich die Glasfasern Nicht passgenau - An den Lautsprecherabdeckungen sind zu klein, es fehlen oben, Links + Rechts, jeweils 10 mm ! - An den beiden Lautsprecherabdeckungen sind die Flächen an der A-Säule nicht eben, sondern rund nach hinten gewölbt -> So lassen sich die Lautsprecherabdeckungen nicht eben anschrauben ! Die gelieferten Lautsprecherabdeckungen entsprechen nicht den Bildern !”

“Ordered 3 items, one was delivered and there is no sign of the other two and apparently won't be for at least four weeks. Previous orders before this were fine to be fair but doesn't change the fact the cars an ornament until these things come”

“Over inflated postal charges £12 for an item that Royal Mail charge £3.80 Bad enough the cost of the parts now but you choose to make profit of post. Won’t be using you again.”

“I ordered 4 gaskets and after many many weeks these hadnt srrived. It turned out 2 were on a very long back order so I cancelled this oorder and stuck with the 2 in stock and ordered the others elsewhere. Very poor customer service :(”

“Purtroppo la recensione è molto negativa. Abbiamo fatto un acquisto per un importo di €79. NON ricevuto per negligenza dell'autista del corriere DHL. Dopo aver dimostrato tutto ci viene rimborsato un importo di €51 nettamente inferiore e soprattutto senza lo storno della fattura che comporta il versamento dell'IVA italiane pari a €17,4. Praticamente una spesa di €45. senza ricevere nulla.”
