“Unfortunately the part listed as being suitable for my 1979 vw type 2 camper was for a much earlier steering box so I couldn’t use it. When I queried with customer services they seemed to think it was my problem. The range of parts is good and it is good to have a proper customer services that responds quickly.”

“It was claimed the part, a front ball joint nut, fitted all T2 bays . In fact it fitted 73 onwards so there was a frustrating delay and reordering from another supplier as you were out of stock. The technical guy was very helpful but I still have parts I don't need.”

“Heritage sells things I just can't get anywhere else. Their website is fine. Their processing and shipping times were all within my expected time amounts. The products that I recieved were of very poor quality. So poor that I decided to clean and lubricate the items they were replacing and put them back on the car. The products I recieved didn't meet my expectations for operation and fit. I am now out the cost of these items and the shipping charges, I realize this review is specific to the parts I ordered. I hope that whatever you order meets or exceeds your expectations. As a company, I would recomend Heritage and hope for the best.”

“Ordered a few parts which the site Said was in stock, and my order confirmation did not state that parts were on back order, when the item was not delivered with the other parts I contacted Heritage and received a mail saying not in stock as stated on the website with a screen shot. Disappointed but normally service is top notch. I am a Swedish customer”

On the shipping yes On the shipping fee not so much * I had a message saying that if I spent more than 190 plus dollars the shipping was free So I got to shopping, to realize that the offer was gone the minute I try to check out.
