“Im großen und ganzen hat alles super funktioniert, bloß wenn man mal telefonisch eine Auskunft haben möchte ist es unmöglich durch zukommen, "immer "nur Anrufbeantworter, nicht so gut.”

“Parts arrived quickly as promised. Unfortunately one of the brake springs would not stay on the shoe whilst stretching it into place. Had to use one of the old springs.”

“As always a very prompt response to my order parts arrived safely within three days, excellent service,and up until now very good quality parts.So one of the components I ordered a r/h window regulator for a seventies beetle did not go anywhere near fitting the door now this is a Brazilian made part and one would have thought that it'd fit,not even close to the same shape as the original fit regulator,now I know that reproduction parts need 'a little fettling' .but this really tried my patience.Not brilliant and I suppose one day I'll succeed with it But on the whole this is one difficulty in an otherwise excellent experience”

“It would be great to have a contact phone number.DHL were a problem delivering and they don' have a contact phone number either. I have not managed to speak to anybody at Heritage parts Centre except when I ended up talking to one of your very helpful technical query guys who put me in touch with Aiydan who still didn't call me but managed to sort the issue out.It took nearly two weeks to deliver a part with the Porsche dismantled on the ramp.Customer not happy”

“Ordered the Vw std front adjustable front beam/axle. I had to wait patiently for a lot longer than the 4 weeks stated as delivery time. When my order arrived, it was worth the wait lovely job really pleased with it good quality nice finish now down to me to fit which could take a lot longer.”

“Above average but more of a muddle. In past I have purchased large panels with no delivery problems, this time buying Baja engine bars, the delivery costs were amended after online purchase. I was happy enough to contribute to costs but then I had to chase those order as it slipped through the cracks. Bulky items do that. Now I am reconsidering my next purchase which would have been a roll cage. In my own workshop I often absorb my own incorrect costings, perhaps I'm the fool.”
