“Ich habe was falsch bestellt, bei einem ähnlichen Teil der der richtige gewesen wäre, hatte die Beschreibung zu wenig Informationen. Ich habe zuvor im Kundensupport eine Frage gestellt und bis heute keine Rückmeldung/ Antwort erhalten. Der Betrag wurde auch noch nicht returniert. Die Rücksendung ist schwierig und teuer. Ich werde mir 2x überlegen etwas zu bestellen. Wenn vor dem Bestellen Unklarheiten entstehen, sollte eine Bestellung überdacht werden.”

“Sorry to say not a 5 star review. I think the product was mis-decribed which resulted in me buying the wrong part. The order and delivery process were very good, but due to ambiguity on your part desription I received a product that was a complete waste of money. I decided there was little point in trying to return the part, far too much hassle for a £20 part. I found the correct product elsewhere, at an excellent price and with great delivery and most importantly an excellent and accurate product description; ensuring that I recieved the correct part. On that basis I am unlikely to use Heritage Parts ever again. You reached out to me for a reciew and sadly for you this was my experience. Your choice, if you take this as a learning opportunity.”

“Ive used heritage for years but no longer, orderd some parts that said they were in stock, waited 10 days and still no delivery, I emailed to ask why I was told there out if stock until June about 7 weeks away, I promptly asked for a refund and was told no problem, 2 weeks later still no refund I asked again where is it to be told it got lost in the system, I was then told it was being issued as a matter of urgency but yet 4 days on still no refund,appalling service, no customer service numbers to call just contact by email absolute shambles.”

Hi Ian, sorry for any misunderstanding here. I have reviews our email system and can see all the emails to and fro from our team to you. They did as the asked and amended the error made on address and confirmed that on ordering a confirmation stating the items were out of stock at time of order was sent. We are sorry for your experience with this order.

“The part that arrived was faulty. When I tried to work out how to return it I discovered the UK office was closed and that there were no phone numbers. I think filled in a return form and have heard nothing back. Unless I hear soon I would suggest that this company I would strongly recommend that you do not use this company in the Uk and use Just Kampers instead.”
