“Didn't understand how to wire it to my starter but then very frustrated unable to phone to speak to anyone as all on line now and the bloomin chat system useless Every thing now on line...No Human Contact! Rod”

“I had a very good experience with Heritage Parts Centre. They shipped my parts to California, quickly and drama free. Their pricing was favorable to US suppliers for the same part. Everything was well packed and arrived in perforct working condition. Since it was an online order by part number, I had no direct contact with anybody there, but nonetheless, my needs were met with bravour.”

“The BAD - Recently bought three Window winders for my `73 Kombi (I ordered 3 by mistake) They promptly arrived (In Bris Australia) and sadly the knob came off all three within minutes of fitting ie only a couple of ups and downs. The window wasn`t still. THEY WERE RUBBISH. The GOOD after contacting the Centre and sending a photo, Ramon quickly agreed to replace them at no charge to me and even upgraded them to the next level (basic) model. They arrived promptly and are a far superior handle - well comstructed and the knob hasn`t come off on the drivers side despite repeated use since installation. Top marks to Heritage for their customer service”
