Hi Paul, your first order contained items that were out of stock but we did send the screws ordered that were in stock. I am sorry for DHL's issue with the exhaust delivery.

“Heritage are really good at suppling quality MK1 - MK3 parts. When parts aren't in stock they keep you up to date with lead times. They also have been very helpful when I'm not sure exactly which parts are required. Overall, Heritage provide an excellent customer experience as they clearly have a vested interest in what they do.”

Hi Sue, I can see that my colleague checked and we can see that the discount code was emailed to you. I can also see that you were given another to use. Just a heads up for future orders: discount codes only work when you are logged into the website (not checking out as guest) and they cannot be applied retrospectively. So, if you are checking out and the code does not work contact us immediately or before completing your order/payment stage so we can help you before the order is confirmed and paid.

Hi there, as my colleagues explained in their last email to you, the item you ordered had a 3 week lead time as explained on the product page. I am sorry for the delay, as it was sent to you 4 weeks after the order was placed.

Hello Cory, The website description does state "This quick shifter also features an updated reverse lock-out mechanism for added safety and ease of use. The redesigned stop plate allows for better base positioning, improving overall shift accuracy", and doesn't suggest this item is required separately. Sorry if this is not clear enough.
