“Selection of parts is good but disappointing that so many out of stock. Hub seals came unlabelled so left to me to work out which was which. Drive member seal was folded up up fit into the bag. Use a bigger bag?? Lastly I asked to change the order but was told 'we can't change web orders' No alternative like 'but of place another order we'll send them together to save postage. No contact phone number to speak to someone which is also not helpful for customers. Parts that were sent sent were good quality but my review is only 3 stars due to sub-par service.”

“Vorerst die negative Sache, bei meiner Bestellung die ich am Sonntag tätige stand bei Lieferung 1-2 Tage. Dies schien mir ausreichend bis Freitag da ich da einen TÜV Termin hatte. Leider kamen die Sachen erst Freitag Nachmittag worauf ich den Termin absagen musste. Was ja deutlich mehr als 1-2 Tage sind... Normalerweise schreibe ich keine schlechten Bewertungen da nun aber die fünfte email kam das ich eine Bewertung schreiben solle tuhe ich dies auch. Nun zu der guten Sache, das war die Qualität der PU-Buschen war. bis auf die falsch angegebene Lieferzeit also Alles super :)”

“Ordered a specific battery clamp. Was then told it was on 'Back Order' delivery in a week, which was fair enough, as MOT due in week and a half. 4 days later clamp turns up, totally the wrong on. Telephone lines only open for a short duration, sent an email to be told their supplier had changed the specification......that is not my problem. They could have informed me when they received it before shipping it was wrong, but no sent it out anyway. Asked if they could send another which would suffice, but was told I would have to order that one, pay for it, and return the wrong one they sent for a refund. Too much faffing around. Nice to know they have not changed over the years, with incorrect parts sent, hoping you will just accept them. Not impressed.”

Hi there, I am sorry for your experience with this order. I have looked into the email communications and can see that we changed supplier on this product but were assured that the part would perform the same function.

“I ordered the electric window inner panel for my VW Transporter. It was extremely well priced when comparing some dubious items on ebay etc.. The item was sent well packaged and arrived quickly.
