“I ordered around €1000 worth of items for my vw type 2 restoration, order no WEBXU041125000104098. The window seal kit arrived and the service kit was out of stock but has since been shipped. I never received around €750 worth of my order and it is recorded as processed. I have sent 2 emails now and have received very little feedback. They put the blame on DHL and I heard no more. This has delayed my project as everything else has to stop until I get these items. I cant afford to spend another €750 to order these items again from someone else, but I cant fit my windows or close my doors without these items. I'm kinda fuxked.”

“Im großen und ganzen hat alles super funktioniert, bloß wenn man mal telefonisch eine Auskunft haben möchte ist es unmöglich durch zukommen, "immer "nur Anrufbeantworter, nicht so gut.”
