“I am appalled at the lack of customer service from Heritage parts center and do expect my money back. Do not buy anything if you are in the USA. .I bought a steering wheeel for my wifes Porsche 356 When the order arrived via UPS they wanted "a fee" an additional $256.55 dollars. Of course I refused to pay the additional cost, so I did not accept the order. Now Heritage parts will not refund me. I am appalled at the lack of customer service and also now it appears as if I would not accept the product, I want the product, however I do not expect to pay the added $256.55 fee to accept it. I do expect a refund and letter explaining how this mess could happen. Jonathan barber”

Hi Jonathan, we are sorry to hear of your issue here. However we cannot control the tariffs and levies the US government impose on you. I can see you emailed our team and they directed you to our website where we warn customers that fees and tariffs are levied on US orders.
