“Hi, I've ordered a number of parts for my daughter's VW T6 and I'm very pleased with your service and quality products. However I also ordered an engine undertray Order #WEBXU050825000098004 Placed on 5 Aug 2025 and you're advising that it will not be available until mid October which is most disappointing. However, thank you for your prompt service on the remaining parts. John”

“Order submitted, took a week to get it (off the shelf parts) and also having to pay for postage. Did not get the parts I ordered, took a week to get any sort of decent communication, eventually resent the order, which were the same incorrect parts from the girat order. Given up as I need the car back on tbe road. Parts were most expensive I found but thought the service might be worth paying for to get sorted quickly. Will not make the same mistake again.”

“Very poor communication and service……Sloppy paperwork for shipment to Australia which cost me $300 in Customs taxes even though the value of goods was below the $1,000 AUD threshold. This happened on two occasions when invoices were not updated to reflect the actual items delivered.”

Hi Angelo, I can see that we dealt with the GST issue. The problem was not with our invoicing but the courier declaration. I can see that we dealt with that and refunded you for the incorrect charges, our apologies.
