“Ordered a few parts which the site Said was in stock, and my order confirmation did not state that parts were on back order, when the item was not delivered with the other parts I contacted Heritage and received a mail saying not in stock as stated on the website with a screen shot. Disappointed but normally service is top notch. I am a Swedish customer”

“On the parts yes. On the shipping yes On the shipping fee not so much * I had a message saying that if I spent more than 190 plus dollars the shipping was free So I got to shopping, to realize that the offer was gone the minute I try to check out. Probably something you should check out Because, It doesn't feel honest 😕”
