“This was my first order with this company, delivery was slower than expected, the 'in stock' items ordered took over a week to be delivered, one of the items (£160) had parts missing, contacted them twice by email and received automated ticket numbers but no reply to the query, third contact was by telephone and the matter was resolved, apparently the manufacturer had altered the specification as to what was included and Heritage hadn't altered the description on their website, (nearly a month on and it is still showing the wrong description), credit where it's due though, Heritage did send on the missing parts very swiftly.”

“It’s been 2/3 weeks and I still awaiting a refund on an order I mistakenly made. I made another order which was prompt and correct from my part and yourselves which I’m very happy with. Would be nice to receive an update on my refund though?”

“Slightly tricky to find for an In Person collection, but the part I wanted was easily ordered & quickly ready for me. Will happily use again. Shame they dont have an on-site store: I’m sure I would have been tempted by more goodies! & the absence of a physical catalogue is also a loss. These things are always good to browse thro - better than a screen to us of a certain generation…”

“I purchased the curtains for my T3 Vanagon. I believe these are the best curtains (and mounting system) available for the Vanagon. My only reason for not giving this five stars is there were no instructions on how best to go about installing the product. There are some YouTube videos that are very informative but I have to discover those on my own.”
