Search facility on the website still needs considerable improvement and refinement. As a trade customer time is important to me and it takes too long to find anything. Last week I lost a day I ordering due to a pop up 'log in error' message in the evening and the next morning the part number wouldn't even bring up what was required. Everyone I know who uses Heritage has the same complaint. As an example of refinement of the website I had some Wolfsburg West torsion bar bushes from a customer, which were actually Vibrasil ones, which you sell for less than half the price.

Parts are there but along with other suppliers, you no longer take calls. I generally wish to discuss and did on this occasion. I spoke to a supplier who would take my call for the information I needed. Then you were the only current stockists.

Nach dem die Bestellung zuerst drei Wochen nicht bearbeitet bzw verschusselt wurde ging es danach recht zügig. Leider hatte ich durch die Verspätung auch vier Wochen wo ich das Fahrzeug nicht einsetzen konnte. Das Produkt war aber ok.

Recently ordered mk1 golf replacement door handle seals (Part No.: 191-898-201) The replacement seals are made of hard plastic and not the softer rubber that came off the car. Unfortunately, these replacement seals do not conform to the door shape as well and leave a gap between the seal and the bodywork.

Dispatching time far too long even standard . No updates either Seven days Many emails would reply even on Saturday via email at least .

Hi there I am sorry for your experience, our customer service operates within UK business hours Monday to Friday. I note you selected standard shipping, for an order placed on 31st August and the order was delivered on 6th September, equating to 4 working days. Our terms for standard delivery state 2-3 working days but sometimes can take a little longer. If your order is urgent, please select one of the express shipping options rather than the standard option. I am sorry that we cannot provide dispatch updates to every order on our standard service; however our system sends a message on dispatch with tracking detail for you.

Had a mishap and received two of the same parts when I emailed for advise on more parts I needed was just referred back to website ended ,up buying elsewhere , perhaps customer service guy who emails was having a bad day .

Hi Andy Thank you for your feedback, I can see that my colleague, in his email to you of 5th September, recommended the correct parts for your application after two right hand side outriggers were ordered instead of one for each side.

The door handles that I had purchased did not come with new seals even though the product on the website displays new seals as part of the package.

Part supplied quickly but faulty and not good there is such a limited way to contact.. Was expecting a prompt reply via the Help email but nothing yet..

Ok but not happy that you cannot speak to staff on the phone but that seems the norm for firms to reduce their service. Some of the other VW heritage suppliers fortunately still seem to answer the phone and in the future, I will be purchasing more items from them. A great shame, since your sales team have always very knowledgeable and helpful.

Postal of parts sliding rollers and seal gd. Unfortunetly wrong seal. I asked what seal i needed for my slide door, i said i got a right hand drive. Told seal fits right or left unfortunetly and given a No. for driver and passenger door seals.I wanted side door. Left a msg but have had no reply from 2wks ago.

The service was good. The part not so. Window winder failed at first turn. Managed to fix it myself by adjusting it with a mallet.

We are a UK based company and providing parts from UK to Australia is costly and can lead to long delivery time periods. You can usually be relied upon to have what I am looking for, but the result is, so far, disappointing. On your website you offered two headlights for a right-hand drive vehicle to be used on right hand drive roads and accepted my order for them. You delivered one unit, saying that was all you had in stock (and that your website declared this, which was incorrect). You are now trying to obtain a second unit and I hope this will work out. In my opinion, you should have declined the order (and taking payment) until you could fulfil the order properly. As things are, the vehicle is in France, but cannot be submitted for an MOT there until the correct units are fitted. I appreciate the contact you have had with my daughter, and your efforts to put things right.

Hi Richard I am sorry for your experience and understand your point. As was explained at the time, when stock is low (in this instance only two were remaining) orders can be short on stock when the warehouse operatives go to pick the order for shipping. As a global e-commerce business I'm sure you'll understand that our websites take many orders simultaneously and stock updates are made to the system at certain periods throughout the day. We are working on a better system and I know that our team were quickly in contact with your daughter to try and rectify the situation.
