“The parts I have purchased are OK the trailing arm look strong well made the rear wheel arch are galvanised why I not sure but material thickness could be better 1.5mm I stead 1.2 mm Would like more discount 15% isn't much when get my other vehicle parts at trade price Thanks”

“The bundle of brake shoe fitting kit.I only wanted the hold down washer, springs,pins,all the rest of parts i would like separate to purchase individually. You use to list separately on the site in the year.All the other parts are good quality. The Porsche 944 model on engine parts especially piston and oversize liners there is a company in Orlando Florida which sell a kit.I would like to see more hard to source parts made, thats across the vw range. I only wished Fiat had the same dedication as Heritage parts centre. I have a strada 105 tc to restore try that one !”

“No complaints about quality of parts and time for despatch - very good. Major beef is inability to actually talk to someone before ordering. I may be an old biffer but I don't like your website and very much regret not being able to discuss orders with someone in the know.”

“Parts were great but shipping to the USA was ridiculous. I have ordered many things from the UK and nothing was this expensive. I ordered a few ounces of small plastic parts that could have fit in an envelope for less than $15 Royal Mail but was $45 and in a box.”

“Hi, I am replying to the email you sent titled, How did we do?, Tell us about your recent purchase, Your opinion matters to us. I would not normally reply to these types of emails but in this instance, I thought I should. I bought a pair of rear brake drums 5 x 130 on 23rd October cost £289.44, it arrived on the 26th, no problems with this order. On the 31st of October, I ordered a single SSP Fooks Alloy Wheel Black and Polished 4.5x15'', 5x130. Cost £138.95. On Friday 4th November, I sent you a message asking where the item was. I was told, “it is currently in the warehouse being prepped for dispatch.” It was delivered on Wednesday 9th November, to my house, NOT a neighbour as the email/text from, yourdelivery@dpd.co.uk Got the item, Happy, I thought, until I received the emails from you below. On the 18th of November, you sent me an email titled, Black Friday Offers Coming Soon. On the 19th of November, you sent me an email titled, SURPRISE! Black Friday Sale Starts Now. So, for the next three days only we are offering all our lovely email subscribers 20% OFF site wide*. Simply use code: BFUK20 On the 24th of November, you sent me an email titled, 20% OFF SSP Wheels. If I had waited one month I would have saved around £70 on these two orders. Regarding the review of the parts. They are very good quality. You may need to get better quality boxes for heavy items like brake drums etc, the box was split at the bottom. I would like to point out that you cannot fit the centre cap of the Porsche Fuchs wheel after fitting the 5x130 rear brake drums; you will need to fit spacers. Regarding The SSP Fooks Black and polished wheel, I would say that the polished finish is not as high a polished finish as the fully polished wheels. I would like a reply regarding this Black Friday saving. Regards, Steve”

“Unfortunately, whilst the relay I ordered was for the intermittent wipers on my 993 it didn't work properly. It wouldn't allow for the speed of the intermittent wipers to be altered.”
